Hellooooo, been on here just a couple of times, but decided to re-register with a NC due to the security problem, as I went past the 2 day deadline Blush

So here goes:

I haven't joined a class, doing it myself and not too strictly.

This bit will out me, but I'm 50 in Jan so want to lose a stone sloooowwwly. Been doing this 4 weeks and have lost 6lb (weigh in on Thurs mornings.

Yesterday, it was:

b: scrambled egg (no milk) with roasted red peppers from a jar, tomatoes, and black pepper.

L: pea and mint soup with 1 slice multi seed batch 600g loaf (not sure how many syns, maybe 8?)

D: cottage pie but with carrots added into it (SW recipe online) with some hexa cheese allowance on top, with a little gravy and garden peas.

snacks; seafood sticks, strawberries, grapes. Milk in brews, other half of hexa.

Wine and choc pigout as weighed myself that morning.

Juleswemporium · 21/08/2015 08:07

I also bought some SW meals from Iceland.
Plan to have them when dh goes out with friends for tea.

My plan is to lose half a stone, stick at that for a bit, then lose the rest nearer the time.

Well done to all for all the weight losses Thanks xx

FannyFanakapan · 21/08/2015 14:03

delighted with my 1.5 lb loss which takes me to my 3.5 stone award and means I have lost 50lb! go me!

Welcome back Calzone

I have been rubbish. Feeling low and unmotivated and eating too much bread and not keeping track and drinking far too much wine.

Line has been drawn in the sand yet again and today hasn't been a bad day.

B - a Kingsmill wholemeal square with peanut butter and a banana
L - tuna and pasta salad
S - choc orange HiFi bar
D - chicken fajitas, one tortilla. I did have nachos with cheese too.
Drinks - tonight had half a weak white wine soda

I have stocked up on fruit and veg and meal plan for the week is being done tomorrow. DH goes away on Tuesday until late Friday so I should be able to have a really good week.

calzone · 31/08/2015 20:40

Had a good day food wise.

B.....overnight oats

L....soup
Lentils with chicken, red onion and tomatoes

D....roast chicken with potatoes, carrots and peas, broccoli and broad beans. Used chicken stock for gravy.
Melon
Popcorn (4)
Hi Fi (3)
