L, chicken fillet rice & tomato & mushroom sauce
D, ham egg & chips.
S,hexa, 2x hovis & 4 real Chips, 2 syns.1 cream cracker, 2 syns
Blueberries & peaches 0% yogurt.
Nice glass of wine 6 syns.

First weigh in 5lbs down!! Only 2 pounds to original happy weight when I first dieted after son, 8lbs to target this time...happy I've caught it early this time!!

Thanks Annie. I read a bottle of wine is 25-30 syns and I'm sure I didn't have any syns on Monday so that evens it out a bit.
My diet goes Thurs to Thurs which is my weigh in day.
Today:

B scrambled egg (no milk) with mushrooms and roasted peppers from a jar, and baked beans
L: feta cheese salad (HEXA) with beetroot toms etc and 2 ryvitas (HEXB)

D: lamb kofta kebabs 2 syns in the whole recipe, which is 14 kebabs. tzatziki as per in the light bites book (syn free) and a small amount of SW wedges. Looking forward to those Smile

Wine for my syns, 2 small glasses, or maybe some chocolate.

WooHoo 1.5 off - what a nice surprise!

Just short of 3.5stone now...48 lbs by my reckoning! Another 2 and Im at 50lbs with is my goal for next week. failing that, my 3.5 stone award.

Going out to dinner tonight with DH, whose been away for 2 weeks, and then back on track as the kids are away with granny so I can focus a bit more.

B: eggs, toast x2 (HexB) with tub of philly lightest (1s) and tomato salad leftovers!
L: Salad + 1 light babybel cheese (hexA plus milk in tea)
D: lots of wine, goats cheese salad, monkfish, chocolate fondant and ice cream. Nom nom. No idea how many syns, but it was lovely to catch up with DH.

Hi all, I am back from my holiday. Hope everyone is doing well. I had two weeks off and was dreading going back to group, but my weight stayed the same, so I was happy about that. This week I lost 1.5lb and got my half stone certificate. Feel oddly proud! I have 9.5lbs to lose to get to my club 10 weight. That is starting to feel like it might be achievable. Exciting!

I am still having moments of weakness though. On Thursday night I was home alone and ate loads. I was really disappointed with myself afterwards. I am glad I went back to the diet on Friday morning though. Trying not to beat myself up about it!

Can I ask about people's favourite recipes? I feel like cooking something nice for dinner. It will just be for the family but needs to suit young children's tastes.

Also, what are your most used SW books? I am looking at buying one or two. The big red Food bible looks useful, but would it be better to have something inspiring?

b: SW fry up - poached eggs, bacon, toast (B), beans, mushrooms, tomato, tea with milk (A)

L: Salad with mexican chicken(1.5) and 1 babybel light 2s)grated over.

D: Chicken casserole with leaks, bacon, mushrooms, carrots, served with new pots. Yoghurt with strawberries. Glass of wine (6s) and curley wurley (6)

1/2 scotch pancake and 1tsp nutella (4 syns)

20 overall.

I have been rubbish. Dreading weighing in on Wednesday.

Back on track today and staying there! Am hungover from having friends over last night and really want d peanut butter and toast for breakfast but I had scrambled eggs, ham and beans instead. Only had it half an hour ago so it is lunch too. Dinner will be salmon and stir fried veg.

Stocked up on some nice nectarines, cherries and strawberries fo will be snacking on fruit if I feel the need.

Need to drink loads of water.

B: eggs, toast (B) tomato
L: Ham slices. Cucumber, fruit
Sn: Mr WHippy ice cream with a flake Blush 10 1/2 syns
D: ROast beef, roast potatoes, veg. 2 yorkshires (5s) gravy (2s),
Then pudding....Oh dear...cheesecake and ice cream. (sigh) I dont dare even think about the syns in those. Lets settle for a 50 syn day and draw a line!

L - Roast pork, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, parsnips, cauli, Yorkshire puddings (5syns), gravy (2 syns).

T - fat free supernoodles, bread roll (6 syns)

14 syns for the whole day so not bad Grin

L- 3 Ryvita, (2 = HE, 1.5 syns for third one) butter (4 syns) one slice cheese (HE) low fat hummus (1.5 syns)
D - Asda dahl, roast cauliflower and tomatoes
Half a glass low alcohol white Wine (3 syns)
One glass red wine (6 syns)

Yesterday was,
A pasty
Sw chips fish broccoli & mushy peas.
I've been away for the weekend. I'm not being funny but 'the wife' or anyone else for that matter didnt cook anything. We ate out - even bloody breakfast. Me & oh thought we might dieGrin. 15 hours between meals is a bit long.not even a crisp.
That's the last full Monty grill & steak they get here!!! Anyway I sts, even with a wine & cider lake being consumed!!

Today,
B fruit yogurt boiled egg & 1 hex toast.
L, just made frittata with courgettes onion mushroom & smoked bacon, with salad.
D, pork roast beans & carrots.

L - Bowl of strawberries,banana, mango and melon.

D - will be SW beef burger, sw chips, cheese (HEA) and ketchup (1 syn). Perhaps a Hifi bar as HEXB

L: Asda quinoa and bulgar wheat snack pot - 3.5 syns. ham and apple. Mullerlight.
D: Fish Pie. Divided everything by 4, (so 2 tsp cornflour in sauce, (1 syn), 1 tbs butter (5.5) 2 babybel lights (4 syns) - i reckon 3 syns for mine, served with mixed veg.

Milk in tea all day and in sauce for hexA
