L - home made carrot and ginger soup, 1 Ryvita hexB with one slice low fat cheese hexA
D - SW potato wedges, beans, Linda McCartney sausages, egg

Syns - butter on ryvita, oil as DH fried my egg and one glass of wine.

Just posting again so I don't lose this thread.

Be the only thing I will have bloody lost though. Really struggling atm to stay on plan. Combination of kids and dp being off. Routine is out of the window. Cooking is a massive chore at the end of hectic days and my only time to relax involves a glass of wine.

We go on holiday in about 10 days. Have a pony show at the weekend which involves 2 days of eating picnics and quick stuff.

And I am piling the pounds back on.

Does anyone know if you have joined online if you can go to group too? Need some support I think.

One pound off for me this week. A bit disappointed as was hoping for more. But a loss is a loss!

There will be chocolate cake and wine today as it is DS's birthday. And lamb shanks for dinner. Dinner itself will be fine - but I am making the cake and I WILL have some. And wine to celebrate my gorgeous boy. Grumpy teen that he is!

And then MIL arrives tomorrow. She is lovely but I will need wine. She is here until Sunday so I will be out and about with her so might not be easy to stick to plan although I will try.

Have missed a few weeks but went back tonight to discover another 8lbs off.

Got my club 10 and now lost 1 stone 6lbs.

B - glass of milk. Strawberries, banana, raspberries. Scrambled egg on wholemeal toast with butter (2syns) and ketchup (1syn).

D - 1/2 slimming world chicken tikka ready meal with green beans.

T - Noodles, peas, chicken. BBQ sauce (1syn)

It was Grin weigh in tommorrow though so we shall see! Would've had it tommorrow but DP working tommorrow evening so 'had' to have it today Wink. Ive been good this week though and went for a run earlier so hopefully it'll be good news on the scales

1.5 on today. Expected due to it being star week and the takeaway last night (more due to the takeaway I expect...) but new week and new start! I bought some chocolate orange hifi bars, they are lush but I dont think they live up to the hype - nice yes, but one member said its just like a terrys chocolate orange Shock admittedly nicest cereal bar I've tasted but definitely no competition for a terrys chocolate orange! Grin

Complete write off weekend. So much wine. And as well as MIL driving me to drink (lovely as she is) she brought cake. Knowing it was DS's birthday and I was making a cake she brought 2 cakes with her. And a pork pie.

Dreading weighing myself tomorrow.

B - 2 slices wholemeal toast, with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, ketchup (1syn) and butter (2syns)

Sn - choc orange Hifi light (3 syns)

D - chicken breast, green beans, carrots, potatoes roasted in fry light, Yorkshire puddings (5), gravy (2), parsnips. Dessert - a fruitopolis yogurt (.5syns) and 2 strawberries.

Probably won't eat anything else tonight, if I do it'll be a banana or some more strawberries.

13.5 syns today.

Did well resisting trifle! DP and parents had trifle for dessert, I had yogurt and strawberries. Was very nice and actually didn't feel like I was missing out - the yogurt is lovely and creamy and the fruit topping made it seem 'naughty'. Lush Grin

hello! Ive been off plan for the last 10 days, so need to get back to it tomorrow...its been great just eating and drinking while camping, but Im ready to get back on track now. Hope to lose a little before friday so my net gain isnt quite so large...!!

Starting again with SW, Have done it before but never lost huge amounts. Can't make meetings so attempting to do it by myself/here.

Finished off some cake before weighing myself which was an error as I've just worked out it was 17 syns Shock.

SO today I have had/will have

B - blueberries, banana, apple

L - will be probably couscous w ham & salad

D - pizza topped chicken, wedges and salad
