just that really. this is my third week on sw and I'd love to have someone to swap photos/recipes with, food diaries, and progress. I have a couple of RL friendd that are doing sw it they're a bit flaky in terms of updates and recipe swaps etc.

week one- 15st 7lbs
week two- 15st 3.5lbs
weekthree- 15st 3lbs

my aim for fourth weigh in is to get into the 14s :)

I do go to class but have found my weight there varies way too much. Sometimes if it's hit at work and I drink a lot I weigh two pounds more than the week before etc.

So im going to group for support but am going by my home scales.

My worst time is when I get home after work, around six or seven. I'm then so hungry I keep eating whatever rather than making dinner

Sorry I meant hot at work. My slimming world group is not till 8 Pm so I just prefer weighing myself at home in the morning. Stayed the same last week which is actually good considering what I ate. Back on track today.

I am doing ok. I think tomorrow night and the weekend will be hard though. I've been very good and not had many syns, saving them so I can drink some vodka tomorrow. But then it's hard to avoid crisps!

I had a moment of weakness last night. I wanted Take away pizza so badly I was almost in tears. I had to go and sit in the bath until DH had cooked a SW approved dinner then go straight to bed after.

I think it's because there have been a few family arguments this week between my sisters and the stress set off my comfort eating again. Sad

king well done for sticking to it, you should feel proud of yourself.
I'm an emotional eater too and I know how hard it can be to stay motivated when this aren't going so well.

I'm taking dd1 for a girly night shopping, I let her chose where she wanted to have dinner. TGI's! I've just checked out the menu and I'm having a steak and salad. I've had a wobbly couple of days but I'm back on it been so good today don't want to blow it.

I've been to docs and just been put on antidepressants for pnd, I remember feeling awful on them for a couple of weeks after DD1 so I'm trying not to.pile too much pressure until I've got my head around th tablets, I've got a bit of sickness today aswell so a bit tired as it had me up quite a bit during the night with a funny tummy, but my meals are all sw, I'm just snacking a little more than id like Blush on alpen light bars, babybel lights etc to try and minimise damage haha

I have my fil coming for Sunday lunch today. I'm making slow roast leg of lamb, it's kind of got thin layer of fat all the way round it though can't really trim it off Confused
Oh well I'm not having many syns today so hopefully it should balance out. Everyone else is having chocolate fudge cake and ice cream for pudding. I'm going to make sw eton mess for me I hate feeling left out!

my week is awful, complete write off, in fact I write this having just scoffed a large millies cookie, and with a plate of toast in me hand Hmm

your dinner sounds lovely! I love a good roast, I don't like lamb though, but I'm imagining all the extras! Haha.

We're off to a christening today, it'll probably be finger foods that are on. Nothing sw there I bet haha

ravioli sometimes you just have weeks like that don't you?! I've had a few recently, the only good thing I've found is when you do get back on it the weight comes off quite quickly.

I'm actually lay on the sofa watching Madagascar with dd. I really should be peeling spuds but I can't be bothered! Grin

I thought I'd fallen off the wagon yesterday. I gave into temptation and had a custard slice. However, on checking the syn value it was only 15 so really not that bad Grin

Ravioli hope you are feeling better. I had a hit and miss weekend. I think I probably drank all my syns and then some. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 1lb.

Hmmmmmm. It seems rubbish compared to low carbing where I could lose 7lbs in a week (but put it straight back on the next!) but I'm not doing low carb as it won't work for me long term. So I'm trying to be positive and play the slow and steady and sustainable game.

I got weighed last night and had lost 1.5 lb.
I'm ok with that but had hoped for a bit more as I've been really good this week.
Came on my period yesterday in the morning so by the time I got to group I felt like my stomach was three time it's normal size so really hoping I'm retaining a bit of water.

Hope everyone is ok and having a good week. I had just 1lb off this week but that makes 50lbs in total which I'm pretty chuffed with and leaves me with exactly one stone to go until target. For the first time it feel within reach!

I made a pasta dish a few days ago and whilst it was it hot it was yummy. ...looked vile once cold though so couldn't make a batch of it. I'd never used quark before (was onions peppers peas sweetcorn ham and pasta with quark and soy sauce all mixed up in a bowl)

I'm im not the best cook in the world so try to stay as simple as possible! Grin

I tried cauliflower rice last night, it was actually really nice had it with chicken curry and a poppadom. Just been out for a Lebanese with dp and the kids. I had lamb kebab with an aubergine salad was really good but I'm pretty sure there was lots of olive oil and some honey in the salad. Oh well I've only had a mini curly wurly today so I'm hoping it will be ok.

By the way aldi are doing mini cornetto style ice creams in chocolate and strawberry. They are 3 syns each they're a bit dinky but very nice :)

glad to hear you are all doing well
I'm dreading weigh day on Monday. I need a shock to stop this incessant eating!
I had 130 syns on Thursday night. that was before I stopped counting.

I'm hoping to get an exercise bike in the next week or so, I'm going to try and replace the urge to eat with a ride. I'm going to do at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday.

I need to do something, slimming world has got to be the easiest/best diet around and I'm even failing at this. I'm terrified of weight gain now though.

new aims: drink 2l of water every single day
20 minutes bike every day.

If I exercise I tend to make healthier food choices anyway.

tomorrow is my brothers 13th birthday, so cakes will be on the agenda Sad I'm such a fucking pig.

Lost 1.5 lbs last week according to sw scales last week. Got a weekend away coming up which is worrying as I don't have any control over food.

Ravioli, I feel like that. Lost five pounds in six months on sw. Such an easy diet and I still don't manage properly. It's depressing isn't it?

just got home from class there and I've lost a pound. I have no idea how the absolute fuck that has happened. I'm going to be really really good this week though, I've even planned my breakfasts. I'm determined to get my half stone next week Grin
