Some of these are horrifying.
Mine was friends wanting a lift home when I was sleeping off lots of booze and nowhere near capable of driving.
My ex,on my birthday, telling me the dog was on the bed(get her to get off, then?!)
My dog throwing up on the pillow.
My parents arguing when I was a small child.

Phone ringing too early in the morning… with my Mum to tell me that my little sister took her life an hour earlier.

We had a poltergeist in my childhood home numerous times I would wake up to someone jumping on my bed. When I got older it got worse thank god for jack daniels!!!

A massive pain in my head. A few weeks ago I woke up to a flash of light and tremendous pain going through my brain out of nowhere. It was followed by a 15 hour migraine, which is unusual for me - my migraines usually last around 4 hours 🫤.

Also, a couple of weeks after I got my kids high sleepers there was a loud crash in the middle of the night, followed by my six year old crying. It turns out she had tried to disembark from the bed by swinging from the light shade. Bringing the ceiling electrics with her.

I also woke once to find my eldest skits stood by the bed staring at me. That was creepy.

The pain needs investigating if it recurs

The nearby water works was bombed by the IRA. I was about 8 at the time (height of 'the troubles' at the time). The ironic thing was my dad was in Belfast on a work trip & I had been terrified that he would get blown up.

I woke up in agony (on the thursday)-one long pain in my back, pelvis and backside
Within 5 minutes I'd given birth and within the hour,I was in hospital

Got woke up by huge bang and thought a bomb had gone off. Turns out our neighbours house had been hit by lightning and was on fire. I've never heard anything that loud in my life.

The sound of my dad having a heart attack at the top of the stairs and falling all the way down onto the tiled hall floor. He didn’t make it.
