Pages constantly reloading

Driving me a bit bananas. On any thread, several times in a few minutes it’ll reload the page and quite often get this timeout

@Namerchanger1 thanks for flagging this. How long has it been happening for? If you can let us know the device and browser you're using, and also which version of the site, we'll take a closer look.

Same here, this thread has done this three times, it also freezes so the keyboard etc doesn’t work until it unfreezes.

Same here. Also Safari and has been going on for a few weeks but worse just now.

Safari and chrome here on two different devices.

Safari on iohone here too. It's not timing out on mine but has been refreshing for the last few weeks, it is annoying.

It was happening on Safari on iPad so switched to Chrome and the same problem. Slightly better on iPhone but not much.

Sometimes freezes and reloads on Lenovo Android tablet using Chrome.

I'm getting this and have been for a few days. I'm on an old sumsung with some varient of Google.

It’s SO ANNOYING. Makes the site more or less unusable at times. I’m using Safari on iPad mini.

This has been happening for months. There was another thread about it not long ago.

The adverts and promoted by threads are getting more and more intrusive too

Same here. It's constant, every few minutes. I am also on an old Samsung, using Chrome. Not buying a new phone just for Mumsnet. It doesn't happen on any other website.

It’s loading then when I start to scroll it reloads and reloads. So irritating.

Same. Almost unusable on iPad now, better on iPhone. I can no longer log on via Facebook either.

It's not worth bothering with the mobile site on my phone anymore. (I-Phone / Safari.)

Is it to push us to use the app? Because it sounds a bit crap tbh, without key features like 'See All'.

The app keeps buffering and won't load pages. When I access it via safari it keeps reloading. Has for a long time. So annoying

We do apologise for the late response. We think that this sounds like a cache problem on your browser, which should be fairly easy to sort from your end. It can happen when updates are made and a browser stores an older version.
