Problem with read threads not changing colour...

Ok MN, so now you've fixed the problem with bookmarking . For some time now, when I've read a thread, it temporarily changes colour, to show I've read it, then will change back to 'unread colour' at some point and then I'm reading a thread again that I'm not interested in because the title wasn't memorable enough for me to remember. First world problem, I know.... I'm using Chrome on laptop.

It does it on my iPhone app too.

This had dropped off my radar. Sorry to say it's still happening for me - but I'm using iPad safari but not the app. Sorry - I had given up on a fix so hadn't bothered checking back very often

So to be certain, is it showing threads that you've already viewed, that haven't had any extra posts, that are showing as unread (white speech bubble)?

I've got it, it's the same as incognito mode.

Yup @TimMumsnet. I first had this issue back when I joined in January 2017 and it's stuck with me ever since! :(

Same happening on the app too! All show as unread and hidden posts annoyingly come back up all the time
