It is not right to tell women that we can't call men who rape, who hate women, who harass women, what they are. Male.
Men can't turn into women. Woman isn't a dress or an identity or the absence of a penis. Nor can women have penises. Nor do lesbians want penises. And children shouldn't be told that they are really the opposite sex for prefering the "wrong" toy.

I support the right of the trans community to live as they wish, use the names that they wish and dress as they wish. I will respect that and will stand by their side to fight for their right to live free from oppression or discrimination or violence.

But they do not become the opposite sex. They live as the opposite sex.

Men cannot become biologically female and women cannot become biologically male.

To state otherwise is a lie. I stand for freedom of speech and scientific truth.

It is not possible to change sex. It is not possible to have a female penis. It is homophobic to believe that there are circumstances in which lesbians ought to be amenable to penises. It is misogynistic to believe that being a woman can be defined by some kind of feeling or outlook or attitude.

I am happy to use a trans person's chosen pronouns when they are not threatening women's safety and hard-won rights. It's a courtesy, extended because I know there are some people for whom becoming trans is the only way of finding some sort of peace with life and they wish no harm to anyone.

Sometimes though, it is necessary to drop that courtesy. Women's rights and safety are threatened by the transactivist agenda and we need accurate language to describe and counter that threat. Where necessary I will refer to transwomen as 'he' and 'his', e.g:

Davina Ayrton is male and raped a child with his penis
Tara Hudson is male and he does not belong in a women's prison
Stephonknee is male and his fetishistic behaviour is dangerous and disturbing
Ada Wells is male and his agenda reeks of male privilege and misogyny, homophobia and antisemitism

None of the above statements are 'accidental slip ups' they are quite deliberate.
None are 'malicious' they are just necessary if we are to talk about these issues at all.

And hell yes I am 'transphobic' because frankly the transactivist agenda is scary as fuck.

I think gender is a construct that damages all of us. I abhor the gender shackles that constrict young people that make them think their bodies are wrong. They aren't.

Sex is a biological fact. You are born male or female. You can have operations and take hormones to make you more physically similar to the opposite sex but you can never change sex on a biological level.

Gender is fluid. You can identify as a man or a woman or somewhere in between. Everyone has the right to identify the gender they wish to be. Everybody has the right to dress as they like. Everybody has the right to have cosmetic surgery. Everybody has the right to choose if they wish to live as the gender opposite to their biological sex and use those pronouns etc.

Everybody has the right to do these things freely and without incurring hatred or abuse.

The two facts remain mutually exclusive however. A man can never be a woman and a woman can never be a man on a biological level. There is no such thing as a male vagina and a male lesbian anymore than there is a female penis.

Gender differences make no difference but biological differences can and do.

An increase Is being seen in abusive Men who are using hard fought for transgender rights as a cover to harm and abuse women. It is unacceptable for this to happen. It harms not only women but also genuine transsexuals when this is allowed to occur.

The safety of women and transformed alike is at stake and the reputations of genuine trans women are also being harmed. This is a issue that effects us all. We should be allowed free speech on it without being shot down in a storm of censorship because some abusive man pretending to give a shit about women's rights says we are delivering hate speech.
