It looks like it's legitimate ad software that can be used maliciously. I'm still no wiser as to whether I should be worried. I'm getting the pop-up message about it not being trusted quite regularly now, only on MN.

I luffs DH. He has put he to bed with tea and smarties as I am feeling off colour, and is now off to do an Austerity Housekeeping shopping list Aldi run accompanied by DS3. He does not have time to hack things as he is busy engaging with these things and being a nice man.

There's a lot to be said for reformatting your hard disk periodically - the IT equivalent of a clean panty liner in virus prevention terms.

I'm on an iPhone, I don't think they have anti-virus programs? Can you get viruses on iOS?

They are so rare you probably don't need to worry at this stage.

MNHQ, when you've finished mucking about with gin and Recession Cake, that post appeared with no emoji, just the word shock slightly offset. It wasn't until I posted the next one that the emoji appeared.

Prob not worth worrying about though. Not when I don't even know if I'm on the gin list. Or the cake list.
