I've been sent a cake too from Barclays and I was one of the hacked accounts
Is it from him? Did he go on one of their life skills courses? (Cake decoration and cyanide)

Your bank sent you a cake? Now that is weird. What did they say about it when you phoned them?

Step away from the cake, send it straight to me for testing.... You can never be too careful with cake.

I'm with Lloyds, I'm not sure why we got a cake from Barclays. We thought it was from one of my husband's friends. I've kept it in the box as we're going to a party tonight
I was just a bit alarmed as it just like the Twitter cake on mumsnet and I've not been online all day

Some swattting attacks have been through the ordering of pizzas. Maybe Jeffrey's Fan Club have adapted the technique to suit Mumsnet ?

Have you contacted the firm who sent it though?

How do you swat with pizzas ?

I think you need to do a thorough taste test of the cake and report back.

Now, I'm not being hysterical, but I am a technophobe.

I've had some odd adverts on my pages in the last hour. One for 'Divida tv Presenta' and also some dodgy ones for hair colour and a 'health' one accompanied by a dubious photo of a woman.... These last two were where 'Blog of the Day' should have been.

I was on the list, have checked my internet security is up to date and cleared the cache today.

Has anyone else had these, do I need to be concerned?

I'm reluctant to post a link Arkkorox so google is probably your friend on this one. Pizza bombing is pretty old hat.

Wendy do you know how to do a screenshot? You should screenshot those and send to MNHQ. It might just be adchoice because those often look dodgy but might be something more sinister.

If you don't know how to do a screenshot tell us what device (phone make, computer, etc) you're using and somebody can tell you how.

I've screen-shotted both of them, one did have the 'adchoice' thing in the corner. That was the hair advert one. I didn't get the dodgy-woman-on-all-fours-with-black-split-dress-on.

The Dividida one is there as I type, it seems to be for a ?Spanish horror channel.
