Thank you so much! We've had a really stressful few days off already, and when your parcel arrived, the dcs were so excited!! I let them open the gifts right away, and they loved them! Ds1 is wearing his (and I am anticipating a battle getting it off him at bedtime tonight! ) while playing Minecraft and Ds2 is sprawled out on the floor playing happily. They have already informed me that the parcel came directly from Father Christmas (and we have had an interesting conversation about his new delivery methods!) because the gifts are perfect, so of course they have declared that it could only have come from Father Christmas. At a time where I was feeling quite low and felt like our little family was rather invisible at Christmas, it made me quite teary to know that someone actually is thinking of us and wishing us well. So so sorry your gift has not arrived, i am currently chasing up with Post Office/Royal Mail who are both trying to blame the other with neither taking responsibility.

It was posted on 13th Dec from our town's main post office via special guaranteed delivery. However, there is no tracking info at all which is leading Royal Mail to say it was never passed to them by The Post Office. The PO are saying it was collected by Royal Mail on 13th. Royal Mail deny this. Frustrating all round!

Anyway, i dont want to re-send as they say it may still arrive, if not i can put in a claim for the value of the gift after 10 working days and send you something nice in the New Year.

So sorry your surprise has not arrived but i hope you have a lovely Christmas whatever you are doing and i will continue to chase it up xxx

Hello to my Secret Santa! I cant thank you enough for our gifts, they are simply lovely & very generous. You choose perfectly, and I cant wait to see the dc's faces when they open them . I have wrapped them & put them under the tree, and hidden the stockings for now. I haven't peeked at any of mine though, and am looking forward to opening them. The gift in the card will help out so much & I will be using it tonight to do our shop.
