And welcome to the new thread!

As SarahMumsnet said at the end of the last thread, we have Tech on call for fixes this weekend, and various MNHQers will be here to talk and help wherever we can.

We'll be adding to the rolling list of bugs, glitches and dislikes (see below), so please keep the feedback coming. Do remember to list which device you're using, which operating system, and which browser, so we can identify the specific issues.

Can I mention that links still aren't auto linking - still having to use square brackets.

i've got a new one.

I just got a message in my inbox.
when I pressed "send from nickelbabe" there was no indication that it had sent.
I appear to have sent it 3 times because I was waiting for "sent" or "successful" or something.
and I knly found out it was sent vy going jnto my sent folder to check.

Interestingly, you do seem to get a confirmation when you send the first message, just not when replying.

For those of you using the standard 'Internet' browser on Android devices and unable to see the Mumsnet logo on the top left and other icons, this is due to that browser not supporting all the modern image formats (namely SVG if you want to get techy). We recommend you use Chrome on your Android device if you're still on version 4.3 or older, not just for this issue, but for improved browsing speed and security in general.

am I the only one who never uses the automatic links?

indeed, I set my keyboard up deliberately so I can do [[ with a long press.

I want the mn picture emblem up top as well as the logo.

seriously don't likecgrome. tried it on my desktop and on my mobile. it is not userfriendly.
it assumes you don't want toolbars and bookmark bars and the address bar and gives you no options to put it on. horrible.

suddenly my page is resizable, but it's not stable.
if I double tap it shrinks the page width but if I tap.again, it gets bigger and moves from side to side at the slightest touch

Still full of bugs for me:

-clicking on threads in TIO still requires tons of taps until so.etching happens

• clicking on thread title in TIO now opens thread paginated and takes me to bookmark, but clicking on post takes me to the post, whole thread loaded as one long page and often times out and becomes unresponsive in case of long threads like this one
• text posting box still impossible to scroll up in it is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING to keep being bounced to the top of the whole thread when trying to do this, is anyone else having this problem?

Samsung Galaxy S3, default android browser. Will try chrome to see if any better but I prefer this browser really, cutting/copying/selecting is way easier on it than chrome.

Okay, another minor niggle from me, the colours of ops post and my replys are working fine, but they are so so faint I barely notice it when I'm scrolling, any chance they could be darker? [moon on a stick]

Has the lack of hide thread button in active convos been mentioned? Cos it's missing and I have to look at annoying thread titles.

now you've got the thing for changing username, I'm finding that when i ggo back to edit, it types in the username field, but the field has now disappeared from the screen, so it tells me I can't use that as ysername but I also can't remove tge word.

• Just been reading a thread where OP isn't highlighted in all their posts. They had posted consecutive posts - the first is highlighted, but the one straight after isn't. (And the highlights are still too pale)

• It has logged me out of the desktop and mobile sites. I keep the "keep me logged in box" ticked and I don't remember logging out

• Not sure if this is mn related or not but other tabs I have open on the andrhave all closed. This has happened twice on different days. Again, I don't think it was me who closed them

• impossible to move cursor around the text box. I've just tried twice to put "android" in the above bullet point but cursor jumps to the top

• threads not opening when tapped/opening one a few further down

• I've received 9x the same pm from someone. Assume this is to do with no confirmation of it sending

However, what's being done about the moving / flashing adverts? This one is killing me at the moment, the red bit flashes onto one box with a price then moves to the next x1000 and it changed every 1 second
