Hands up everyone who wants to try out the BRAND NEW MUMSNET MOBILE SITE

Hello comrades

As lots of you will know, we've been developing a brand new, souped up version of the Mumsnet mobile site for seven geological eras quite a long time now.

We can now exclusively reveal that the new mobile site is... TOTALLY AND UTTERLY ABOUT TO BE RELEASED, LIKE, ANY TIME NOW.

We've tested it on loads of MNers (Flowers to those who have helped out) but inevitably there will be glitches that only reveal themselves once tens of thousands of you dive in and start using it - so please use this thread to let us know about those (with the usual info about browsers and devices).

And if you like it, please pass along Cake and Wine to ShamTech, BrunoTech, JessicaMumsnet and all the other techs and MHQers who have been working their digits off on this.

The new improved apps are coming, honest... but in the meantime, if the old apps are driving you bonkers, do please take the new mobile site for a test drive.

A lot of the functionality is still there it's just changed slightly. Jesus, I hope Mnhq have invited some researchers to measure people's reaction to what is in reality a refresh at most.

Awful. I have this floating blue bar that keeps covering over the text i am trying to read right through the centre of my screen! And a floating Pergeaux advert that wont budge.
Yeurgh!! Too annoying to stick around.

To flip thread, click on little arrow top right and pick top or bottom depending on preference.

Is there a way to have the last few posts visible for all the 'I'm on' threads. Cannot see if there have been new posts since last time I posted, or if they are replies to me or not. That's not so good.

Ok it vanished because it loaded so slowly I had already tapped it away again by the time it loaded.
Also when I post it takes me back to a random point in the thread. Not bookmarked by the way.

Please mumsnet sort out the white at least , make the posts separated liked they used to . In the mean time I will have to use the app, which is crap but won't give me a migraine!

Positives: My incessant page reloading has stopped.
Negatives:Tiny reading area
No cursor when typing
About twenty words in box
Can see a post and a half
Totally unintuative
Pictures aren't rendering on fb twittering buttons

To only see 6 posts on a mahoosive ipad screen is a joke though MN.

I CANNOT SAY THIS LOUDLY ENOUGH MNHQ... TOO MUCH SCROLLING... TOO MUCH WASTED SCREEN SPACE!

I can't see myself ever getting used to it. Sigh.

God this isn't very good at all is it? Why do I now need to press twice to reply to a thread? I have no idea how to highlight my own posts and Threads I'm On doesn't show who posted last - so I have to click twice again. I have no idea how to start a thread either. I find it hard to believe this was tested and thought to be Ok

Can you put the last page button up the top please?

Also the active button somewhere at the top. Otherwise I have to click on talk first then active.
