Hello comrades

As lots of you will know, we've been developing a brand new, souped up version of the Mumsnet mobile site for seven geological eras quite a long time now.

We can now exclusively reveal that the new mobile site is... TOTALLY AND UTTERLY ABOUT TO BE RELEASED, LIKE, ANY TIME NOW.

We've tested it on loads of MNers ( to those who have helped out) but inevitably there will be glitches that only reveal themselves once tens of thousands of you dive in and start using it - so please use this thread to let us know about those (with the usual info about browsers and devices).

And if you like it, please pass along and to ShamTech, BrunoTech, JessicaMumsnet and all the other techs and MHQers who have been working their digits off on this.

The new improved apps are coming, honest... but in the meantime, if the old apps are driving you bonkers, do please take the new mobile site for a test drive.

Why have you got rid of turning pages at the top ? Scrolling to the bottom is a pain.

Once logged out, then logging in again, it doesn't seem to be remembering where I bookmarked on threads.

Wont be mnetting much in future if it stays like this.

Also like many other lovely posters, I would like all ops posts highlighted.

mamushka, I don't believe people are averse to change. Just to change which is for the worse, imo.

Its horrible., its not intuitive or user friendly.

Unutterably crap! I usually view it on Opera classic. This crashes every time I try to view Mumsnet.
Currently using Dolphin.
The whole site is awful. Too white, hard to read. Why muck about with something that worked well.
Definite fail, MNHQ.

Ive jumped ship to the desktop site , and I hate the desktop site.
I want the old mobile site back

I don't like it. It doesn't say my nickname at the top of the text box like it used to either.

It's just too clinical.

Looks nice. Clicked-already threads don't change colour, which doesn't help when you're looking for one.

And the lack of navigation at the top is annoying - can't believe none of the testers mentioned that?

Grrr more prproblems, it keeps inserting my customised settings so I keep having to go back to customize and 're set it to highlight ops posts but even then it's only highlighting the op and now it won't let me have special needs threads showing, I keep ticking the box and then clicking on save and it unticks it!

Ps the Devon's thread is coming up blank when I try and open it

I really, really hate how you have ruined threads I'm on. Don't give a crap about any of the other stuff but TIO is fucked.
I want to see who posted last, I want to be able to go directly to that post. Just linking to the threads is shit.

From a personal viewpoint, no point trying to post and natter with fellow tennis fans. By the time a post about a shot is loaded the match will be over.

I'm not hugely bothered by all the white, but find the contrast difficult. It's the mixture of blue, grey and white.

MNHQ's posts, OTOH, are not contrasts enough!

I would like more visual separation between individual posts. Not more space, but a fatter line than the fine blue line.

I think the font's kind of childish too. Maybe it's the huge size of it?

I can't zoom in on a picture because the ad and the blue boxes at the bottom zoom too.

There are apparently 18 new posts on pretty much every Thread I'm On. Now this could be spooky coincidence or more likely it's just not working. Please bring back the ability to see recent posts on TIO. Then I can see if I want to go back to it.

It's the white I hate the most, it hurts my eyes.

The stupid little dots don't work the first time I tap, I have to tap several times, then it vanishes really quickly!
