Android App "unable to connect with Mumsnet"

Hello. I've had difficulty with the Android app today and can't seem to connect. Is it just me? I keep getting an error message (hopefully I've attached a screenshot). I'm running Android 4.1.2 on a Samsung, if that matters.

Ha I thought it was me, just uninstalled and reinstalled onto tablet and nothing...

Hi, glad I found this thread. I thought it was just me. I have reinstalled the app three times! Even moved to the netmums app because it works, but not as good as mumsnet.

Just posting to let you folks we're still working on a solution. We appreciate this must be vair frustrating, but we're afraid there's not a quick fix at the moment.

Good grief, DS ran into the bed yesterday and got a goose egg on his head and I had to check the nhs site instead of mumsnet to make sure he was ok!...bring back the app please!

Please, please sort it out. My ds was awake all night last night and I just felt lost, mobile site keeps throwing me back to Google midway through threads, that's probably my phone but it's driving me slowly insane esp on no sleep!

To take a screenshot with my Galaxy Note 10.1 there's an icon on the bottom bar (4th one along) which is a starburst in 4 corners. Press that and I get a screenshot.

I miss my app too!

It did my nut with not being able to see pictures but I really, really miss it. The mobile site will work ok for looking at a couple of threads and then it decides it needs to take 5 minutes just to load a thread so it really isn't a good alternative.
