It's not the end of the world to me that he posted my twitter account, knowing it was me and knowing it was my real name. But I will quickly drum up some minding if required to purge MN of his presence.

There is a formula about percentages of response to cold calls/unsolicited emails/tweets and it is surprisingly low 1-5% would be considered good.

Tell you what, reckon Pacific's emailed councillors form the bulk of the people contacting Hemming, promoting the naughty step post.

All in all, we're not doing to shabbily I think.

The extract posted by John was not published by the Italian media. Becuase they are bound by Italian privacy laws.

I spoke directly to the president of the tribunale that produced the document that contained the extract John posted on mumsnet (complete with all three childrens names, dates of birth ect). The document has not and will not be made public.

Well.. expect for the bit that John plastered on mumsnet.

You say mistake, I say grave error of judgement which demands the professional making said grave error should be held accountable. Be they a social worker, court employee .... or MP.

But then, my line in the sand doesn't move based on who went to the pub and then got loose lipped with confidential legal documents on mumsnet.

Others may find their principles are a little more...flexible.

Actually, a decade and a bit a go they gave my father an OBE.

Given the rather wierd interpetation of "An Officer and a Gentleman" it illustrated to me that me the entire system is utterly worthless and meaningless.
