I've just arranged delivery for my Ben Nevis but accidentally told the courier company when we'd be away on holiday. Doh!

Just spoken to them again, seems i'm not getting one either (so glad I hadn't told the kids about it) I was advised to phone head office to complain!

Thats not right, as it was online they should have had a quanitity and as they were sold you know, tick one off...to sell more than they had is ridiculus. Get complaining.
