someone doesnt know the make of her pushchair MrsM wonder if she will let you arrange your own courier!

BexieID · 19/02/2009 16:12

I have a Graco Citisport (this one to be precise) at my mums. I got it for 1p off ebay before I had Tom. I don't like the way they kinda sit like they are perched on the seat, with legs dangling!

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 16:22

lol at that listing maclaren.

elmo i would try local free ads/gumtree i've sold on them before no fees! plus they pick up and i find you sell for more that way too.

Anyone had a MB SWIFT??

BexieID · 19/02/2009 16:32

Swift sounds good, how much are they though?

BexieID · 19/02/2009 16:37

Now I want a swift, lol. Better start saving, lol. $550, whatever that is in £s.

Maclaren · 19/02/2009 16:44

You cant get the swift here yet my sister moves to New Zealand in 6 weeks I was thinking of getting here to send me one!

BexieID · 19/02/2009 16:47

Thats a good idea Mac . You said you were after another MB.

Maclaren · 19/02/2009 17:03

Where did you find it for $550 Bexie??

BexieID · 19/02/2009 17:06

Here. Think it's a US site though. I wonder how much it would cost to ship here as I do know someone who has just moved to the states.

MrsMagooo · 19/02/2009 17:10

Bexie did you still want the Bagabottle hunni, have kept it by for you

Been watching that one Maclaren & I tried emailing but no reply which put me off

I'm wondering whether just to get a new one now........my PP is building up again as I've started my card making up again & had 7 orders already

BexieID · 19/02/2009 17:18

Maclaren · 19/02/2009 17:25

TheOtherMaryPoppinsDiets · 19/02/2009 17:28

MrsM for that price on the link above for Babyequipmentcomplete - we are both as well to get a new one TBH

Maclaren · 19/02/2009 17:28

This sounds really nasty I have a person emailing me about the Switch on ebay and she types in text talk I think!

"like i say i am very interestd, bt i just need t gt rid mi loola t gt the money 4 it,did u gt the bag,av they offerd u wat u want 4 it"

Took me ages to work out what she was saying lol!

mumofdjandbabies · 19/02/2009 17:30

I can hardly understand text talk either
generational thing I think

BexieID · 19/02/2009 17:31

lol, I avoid all auctions and ads here in text speak. Maybe i'm just an old fart though.

TheOtherMaryPoppinsDiets · 19/02/2009 17:37

mumofdjandbabies · 19/02/2009 17:39

Actually forget that babyequipment, not going to order from them on principle due to their extortionate delivery to an IV postcode, makes me fume!

5 mins down the road is AB postcode and normal UK pricing, and we aren't in the flipping outer hebrides!!!

nappyaddict · 19/02/2009 17:56

Hmmm decisions decisions. Nicola what about compared to XLR? Is the obaby still heavier to push then?

SparklyGothKat · 19/02/2009 18:02

there are MB swifts on ebay now, proper seller, not a con. Am selling Bee to get one lol

shatteredmumof5 · 19/02/2009 18:03

Just to let you know swifts are fantastic!!! Tried one out in a little shop in London and they are on sale in this country now for around £400!! There is a seller on ebay who is doing them for £380 buy now and I plan to get rid of my designer urbans and get one of those instead as they are SOOOOO much lighter and nicer to push (also easier to stow away in cupboard to hide from other halves!!!)
