DivamakesKimchi · 19/02/2009 21:32

OLL, we got the same taste in prams
Dh often tells me why i like MB( he thinks its like tank) I just fell in love with it. I got to change covers and etc.. to keep me happy.

Disenchanted3 · 19/02/2009 21:32

My first 2 buggies were graco travel systems.

yuck, lol.

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 21:33

im still wondering about the air buggy?? £179 on kiddicare. the brown may look nice with my green retro spot snuggle??

misdee · 19/02/2009 21:33

i like babies in carrycots. dd4 has other ideas though

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:34

link nicola - i'm too laz\y today to find it

BexieID · 19/02/2009 21:35

I think I just thought that seeing a buggy in the pram/carrycot mode looked too 'old fashiony' to me, if that makes sense. Maybe i'll get a carrycot for the next one?

BexieID · 19/02/2009 21:36

I'd be too worried about taking covers off and not getting them back on properly or not at all!

DivamakesKimchi · 19/02/2009 21:36

nicola, get mb urban frame and get moss covers from mbuk. its simple but dream to push.
sgk, thats good to know. i wanted elite, bow that really puts me off. no wonder you struggle to lift it you only little

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 21:38

here elmo!

im always taking covers on/off all my prams bexie!

claret1980 · 19/02/2009 21:38

My ds2 hates lying flat, he screams so when I put him in P&T without second seat on top I have to sit him up a bit.

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 21:39

wonder what i can get a chassis for then? i wouldn't mind that at all then i can pay for it in stages. unless mbuk go completely and i end up with a chassis with no damn covers!! that'd be just my luck.

still pondering air buggy!

ToiletRollCover · 19/02/2009 21:40

Hi there. I have just bought a Silvercross Pop and wondered if anyone knows about them? having a few problems getting it reclined equally on both sides. Also the hood looks a bit off-centre. Anyone had these problems or have any advice for me?

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 21:41

love this too!

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:43

i had a pop. briefly. had no problems. but i hear the older pop had reclining problems. older being anything pre08

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 21:44

i know what you mean about the hood, i thought that too when i unpacked my pop. i had a 2008 one in wasabi, i sold it pretty quick didn't like it. prefer maclarens im afraid.

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:46

advice on pop - sell it and buy a maclaren xt

you could contact silver cross and see what they can do?

SparklyGothKat · 19/02/2009 21:46

according to MB they are the same weight... some sites must be wrong..

ToiletRollCover · 19/02/2009 21:52

Thank you! Think I will have a look at the maclaren. Hopefully its just me needing to get to grips with the reclining a bit more but the lopsided hood has really made me feel a bit as I've wanted a Pop for ages!

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 21:55

is it brand new TRC?

DivamakesKimchi · 19/02/2009 21:56

sgk, do you think mb not doing another designer frame? i can only see coco and baroque there
nicola, i think im going to get moss covers for the summer

nicolamumof3 · 19/02/2009 21:57

so can i buy a chassis then? seperate? haven't seen any on ebay. i think i want new anyway, im such a fussy cow!

ToiletRollCover · 19/02/2009 22:02

Nicola.Yes it is brand new.

DivamakesKimchi · 19/02/2009 22:02

nicola, you can buy frames second hand, obviously price accordingly due to wear. i think baroque mbud on ebay is good price, tbh. you can buy covers from mbuk.

DivamakesKimchi · 19/02/2009 22:07

bee chassis here the selelr is mnetter i think, she bought mbu 50`s cover this week.

TheOtherMaryPoppinsDiets · 19/02/2009 22:26
