From start to finish: foreplay, sex, cuddle at the end?

I think I might have unrealistic expectations after ex. Have slept with three men since we split a year ago and was hoping the length of the sessions was one off unfortunates. However I'm not so sure now!

Omg I'd get bored and start mentally making a shopping list. Usual is 30 mins. I'd rather 2 30 min sessions than one hour long. I like fast and furious. We used to have 3hour sessions but I cannot be doing that now, with 3dc I value sleep too much.

Foreplay anything from 5-20 mins. PIV 2-?7 mins, cuddle 2-5 mins so anything from 10 mins (can't see how you can do it quicker tbh) to 35-40 mins, that's enough for me these days.
