I spoke yesterday with the admission team, they are still doing interviews for DA strand, they are not finished with interviews yet

Omg just had an email that decisions will be shared between 20 and 23 April! That’s so long to wait!!

Is it for KS4 or post 16? What strand? But that's possible as my DD on Tuesday was told decision will be in 3-4 weeks

Is that for ks4? I’m waiting to hear regarding ks5 theatre strand it will be coming up to 4 weeks on Monday so was hoping it might be this week or early next week

It’s ks4 and for dance. Monday will be 4 weeks for us also.

The wait is torturous lol just put us out of our misery either way when DD went to the London college of performing arts she found out she got a place two days later nice quick efficient this waiting for the Brit school has giving me extra grey hair !!!! And thanks for clarifying hopefully we will all get to hear soon

I know it’s absolute torture!

Hey all - I received the same email today for my DD who had her workshop and interview for KS4 Dance 27th Feb. Email stated. decisions between 20th-23rd April as their admissions process is still ongoing. Anybody else? Does anyone know anything more on this, whether it's unique to the dance strand and/or why such a delay and what it means? We are both pulling out hair our here! 😂

Me too! Feel like our lives are on hold 😅don't suppose you know if the delay relates only to KS4 dance strand or other strands too? Are they still auditioning people? A whole extra month - I wonder why such a significant delay. Help. Hahaha

No it just takes around 4 weeks but they just had a two week holiday also

i have read another message where you said this is for Ks4, but some other parents are stating they got emails saying they have been told that decision will be made between 20-23 April. I wonder if the April dates are for Post 16 and next week before Easter refer for strands for KS4?

Good luck to everyone waiting to hear. My DD started her post 16 MT strand just over 10 years ago now but can remember the tense wait! It’s a fabulous place and really set her up for her professional career. Don’t forget though, it is massively competitive and lots of really talented DC won’t be offered places so don’t lose heart.
