the waitlist for Surbiton’s said OUTCOME

I think sometimes it's very clear in the heading. For some schools it's just the name of the school and 11 plus admissions or similar.

It is great when it is obvious but I think it is quite mixed. We've had two offers so far and neither have any indication in the title.

Congratulations on all the offers and WL, CFC, Radnor, Reeds & Surbiton ( not sure if I’ve missed anything out).
commiserations on the ‘nonacceptances’ ( I think rejection is such a strong word, for DC this age in this scenario). I know it’s early days yet, as the bulk of results and possibly your preferred choices are not out yet, but I just wanted to say, WL has a real chance of being converted to a place.
As I mentioned earlier, I have 1 DD that got in straightaway and 1 that got in off waiting list.
One of things that I believe helped was I let the school know, it was our first choice as soon as we got the WL, and checked in with them periodically. Not frequent enough to be a nuisance, but just to keep us on their minds.

@AC7001 what do you think was your son's type that there was too much of? Do you mean interest and hobbies or is it demographic profile?

I do think certain schools once you are up to the academic standard from that point on ignore the scores which they know can vary -- even well designed test taken by the same student on different days will yield a range of results.

After that point they are looking for athletes for their sports team, musicians for their orchestras and other interests and hobbies that will enrich school life in the broader sense.

Spgs said “final decision” and whs “application outcome” and jags “11+ assessment results”without giving anything away, godolphin was “offer of a place”, clsg “11+ offer”, FHS “11+ offer letter”.

Congratulations to everyone on the offers today and sorry to hear of those without offers yet- hopefully they will come in due time if you want them. We had an offer for Reeds today. Expect to hear from last two schools next week.

Everyone who gets to stage 2 of Wimbledon High gets either an offer or waiting list place. I don't think Kingston Grammar do this (my DS had an offer last year) and Kings definitely don't do this.

KGS have said publicly that once you get an interview is either an offer or waiting list place (fingers crossed for all waiting)
