I think you will find that similarly 100% of people who are in jail for rape are men

Karen White committed crimes in a female prison, ok this was in England but they still committed crimes against other female prisoners, are female prisoners not entitled to safe space in prison from male bodied women?

One essential requirement for a woman in Scotland to be convicted of rape, is the presence of a man with a penis who she is encouraging (joint venture) - without the penis-owner there is no rape. So this isn't much of a "gotcha".

Ok @Rainbowshit the Scottish government has a very different perspective on law and governance from Westminster. Stemming from Scots law and a separation of education and religion from English law.
