shouldistop I'm doing well thanks. Not been able to get a friend over to help but tried it the other day on my own. I think hips and waist will be fine and possibly need taken in. It's the bust I'm not sure about, it's so difficult to pull a strapless dress tight yourself. Fitting is not til 29th so I'm hopeful!

I am not doing very well! I’m so busy in new job that I’m struggling to find time to eat. So by time I get home I’m starving and desperate for crap!

Doing quite well on the exercise and steps. 4 classes and 1 run so far. Cycle was cancelled as weather was bad. Think 15k average steps for these days as well

@runningpink that's a lot of exercise! Once you've settled into your new job you'll find a rhythm with food.

I'm another pound down. 9lbs since 30th August. I can wear some clothes I haven't had on in a while now which is nice.

Thanks @WouldBeGood I actually don’t think I said on the railing chat about the job. It all happened so fast I think I forgot!

A run and another class completed today. Two of the classes earlier in the week we’re Pilates so not too strenuous

Another pound off, that's 10lbs since 30th august.
I had a really bad food day at the weekend and can't fit in much exercise this week so I'm not expecting to lose anymore by official weight in day on Friday.

@mapleleavesreturn hmmm how did they taste? I love chickpeas, I love chocolate but I'm not sure I'd love them together.

I had a good food day, walked a couple of miles and had a swim too.

That's great about the walking and swimming. I've been sitting in my chair most of the day...

I say no, chocolate and chickpeas and raspberry(!) are the sort of combo that you could only enjoy on the 800 calories a day Michael Moseley diet really.

The other savoury chickpea snacks are better!

Amazingly another pound has come off. I felt a bit disheartened when I pigged out on Sunday, so glad it hasn't put me back.

11st7lbs now so still overweight but a healthy weight is within sight finally.

I’m sticking in with exercise and seeing a difference in my legs with that, but think my miffed must have been even fatter than I’d realised, as it’s slow progress.

@WouldBeGood thank you, I really think the sickness bug that kicked it off and breastfeeding are the main factors rather than my hard work but I am really pleased.

What is a miffed? Grin interesting typo. Is it exercise classes you're mainly doing? What ones do you find the best?

Might be hard to stay away from treats over the holiday weekend. Dh & ds1 went out for pancakes this morning Sad I stayed at home with ds2 and had bran flakes. It will be worth it in the end though I suppose.

My life is crazy busy just now so super struggling to stick to eating properly.
Work done on the house, training courses, work, few social things etc (not complaining, glad to be busy again)

I’m round at a friends for dinner tomorrow. So plan to put some serious effort in from Monday.

I too have giant boobs @shouldistop. Which is both a blessing and a curse. Went to combat yesterday which is unusual for me for a Saturday but felt better afterwards. Hopefully just a relaxing day today but will take dog a nice long walk.
