Down to 11st3lbs today. I can't believe I could be under 11st this year. I'm going to start adding some light weights into my gym work out so I don't lose muscle.

How's everyone doing today? I'm feeling a bit tired and achy but going for my swim later.
I was another pound down this morning so 11st2lbs - hopefully it stays steady over the weekend.
We're going to a party on Saturday night but I'll only have a couple of drinks. On Sunday we're going to go for a small hill walk.

Checking in. Still feeling a bit rotten but on the mend so taking it very easy. Being good calorie wise but nothing much on the exercise front.

I'm determined to enjoy our holiday, so will focus on the exercise and calories when we get back. Portugal @shouldistop - can't wait! Though I'm missing the usual pre-holiday w citemwnt that comes with the fear of being tapped as a close contact or developing a cough this close to our departure date!

Well done on losing another couple of pounds @shouldistop! How's the tooth @traintraveller?

Hope everyone else is getting on ok. It's miserable here today!

We've had Portugal booked for the last 2 years and both got cancelled Sad
I hope the weather is good and it's nice and relaxing for you WineGin
I did my swim while ds1 was in a sports class 💪🏻
I feel more energetic than I have in years even though ds2 currently wakes every 2 hours overnight Shock I was chasing ds1 around the park earlier and didn't get out of breath.

That's great news @shouldistop. While I'd really like to lose some weight, feeling fitter and having more energy is definitely my key motivation. Feeling energetic when your sleep is so disturbed is a fantastic result. DS was a terrible sleeper when he was little, I slept-walked through the first 4 years of his life!

No formal exercise for me this week. Lots of walking but also lots of eating and drinking. PT tomorrow then I’ll get back on it next week.

Urgh I had my flu jag yesterday and my throat is so sore this morning. Hopefully it is just a side effect and I'm not coming down with something. I also have a big spot on my chin Sad
We have a 40th to go to tonight.

Oh no! @shouldistop that’s Sod’s law! Hope you feel better- medicate with alcohol is my advice.

Went to PT yesterday and really enjoyed it though my thighs were screaming 🤣 I’m feeling stronger and fitter. Lunch out today though..

WhatWouldTheDoctorDo I stuck it back in with a bit of polygrip on Monday and it's still in place, got a dentists appointment on Tuesday so hopefully he has a more permanent solution!

Enjoyed the party, didn't have dinner before I went so ate some buffet which was breaking my usual fasting hours but I was doing that by having a few beers anyway. I'm absolutely starving this morning but waiting til 9.30 and will just have porridge or bran flakes otherwise I'll go on a binge fest.
We got to bed about 11.15pm then baby ds woke at 11.45pm and then woke again at 5am so I've been up since then.
A little bit hungover, very tired and still have a sore throat.
I don't think we're going on our hill walk, the thought of making packed lunches for us all and getting us all ready and out the door this morning seems a bit much Grin
Maybe we'll go swimming later.

I go weekly @shouldistop and am mostly ok, but I am in agony this time 🤣 Loads of reps of weighted split squats was the killer!

Although, as I’m so old, I’m mostly aching all the time from my exercise.

What's everyone doing food & exercise wise today?

My weight stayed steady over the weekend 🙌🏻 hoping for another pound off by Friday 🤞🏻
I feel completely rotten today, sore throat, blocked nose and up half the night with baby ds so have cancelled my yoga class. Dh can take him for a walk at lunchtime and I'll lie on the couch instead.
Breakfast will be bran flakes as usual. Will maybe have soup for lunch and we're having macaroni for dinner.

I don't think I'm going to get any exercise in this week. I feel really ill, think I maybe have a sinus infection - my face is agony Sad DH is having to take the day off to deal with the kids & dog as I can't manage.
On the plus side I'm 11st on the button this morning. Probably because I could only manage porridge for dinner yesterday.
So that's 18lbs lost in 7 weeks 🙌🏻

My stomach is wrinkly from the weight loss but I am considering buying a bikini I've had my eye on. We go swimming a lot and my swimsuit now feels a bit loose.
Planning to see friends that I haven't seen since mid august in a couple of weeks, I wonder if they'll notice the weight loss. I don't expect people I see every day to notice although dh said my stomach and face look much thinner.

No exercise Tuesday or Wednesday other than dog walks as I’ve had work.

@WouldBeGood - fantastic, even with the hour to complete the passenger locator thingy this morning.
I am annoyed by my size though- makes me not want to have my picture taken and I find it hard lumbering around in the heat. Definitive action when I return.
