I can easily resist cake, but never chips!

Poor day yesterday as at work so no exercise. But been to PT today. London tomorrow so no gym or classes but probably lots of walking. Though lots of eating and drinking too!

London and cinema both sound good. Enjoy your treats. Bond @shouldistop? I'm checking in to motivate myself to do bodycombat before dinner! I have a night out that will involve food and, err, one or two glasses on wine so need to burn some calories.

We're going away for Oct half term soon so need to create a deficit to cover all the Portuguese tarts

Going to get baby ds to sleep before we go and mil is kindly babysitting at ours. Ds2 wants granny to read his bedtime story so no doubt he'll have a late night as mil is too soft Grin
Get the combat done and you'll feel like you really deserve your night out.

Bond was great, I really enjoyed it.

Looking forward to the gym today, will do 30 mins in the gym then spa for 30 mins. Dh can take the kids swimming Grin

Off out for a drink with my friend and my dress is too big! Had to pull in the waist with a belt. Pleased and annoyed in equal measures as I only bought it in the summer and it was expensive.

Excellent on the dress @shouldistop - though understand the frustration that it wasn't cheap and is fairly new! How's London @WouldBeGood?

I need to try and do some exercise today - we were supposed to go for a long walk earlier but never managed it. Maybe an after dinner stroll. I tried Adrienne's 30 day yoga again yesterday - I think I've definitely hurt a muscle in my thigh as sitting cross legged was still really painful on one side, even sitting on a cushion. I might leave it a week or so and try again.

I am doing rubbish!

Too much going on and I still don’t have a working kitchen as there has been problems.

I’m determined from tomorrow though to make more of an effort.

Water, steps, exercise (10k run) and no chocolate/sweets/cakes/biscuits.
And do the best I can with meals.

That’s amazing about the dress @shouldistop could you get it taken in so it fits again?

How long till your kitchen is sorted @runningpink? It's hard on the food front if your cooking options are restricted. Good luck with goals for tomorrow!

I’ve walked 28,000 steps so hopefully offset the no gym and all the food and wine 😃I’m bloody knackered!

I've been stuck at 11st4lbs for a week now Sad

Did yoga yesterday, swim tomorrow and will go to the gym on Thursday. Can't fit in my second yoga session this week as I've got my flu jag.

Fingers crossed for 1lb off by the weekend!

Have you take. Any measurements @shouldistop? Your maybe losing inches rather than numbers in the scales?
How is your DS?

I didn't take any measurements. Don't think I own a tape measure actually. Maybe I should get one.

He's completely fine now thanks, test was negative thankfully.

shouldistop a tale of caution for you re breaking a diet. My DP bought me a chocolate marizan bar yesterday. I've been good for weeks but it's my absolute favourite sweet thing. Took a bite and my crown fell out.

I resisted, going to have a cup of tea instead. Thats one problem with my diet, I'm having an extra cup of tea a day now. 3 cups instead of 2.

Evening all. I'm not having the best week - not been feeling well last few days so little exercise. Not been too bad on the calorie front though was three pounds up this morning. Going on holiday this weekend (hopefully) so I suspect I'll be be needing to redouble my efforts when I get back!
