Evening all anyway. Tea and Movie, please do eat. Think of anything at all that you can stuff down and eat it. I know it's hard, I had the same problem too but best advice I had was to eat as much as possible at moments when all seemed marginally less bad then that would keep you going at times when you just couldn't eat at all (still lost a stone though which I was quite impressed by ).

Always use the preview button Tea .I write loads and loads that gets cut at the edit stage.You get the benefit of the "therapeutic let it all out "but dont need to share if you dont want to .
After an H visit I shouldnt be allowed near the fecking computer especially when in PMT zone.Dont want to dig myself into an even bigger hole but lets just say would have prefered to be more dignified the other evening.
