It's my birthday today, we were supposed to be spending it doing something together, time booked off etc

Instead, I'm plain old wallowing.

Here, I've just had a nap (day off work) and haven't left the house all day. Feeling alright though, I think I have had a lucky escape and dodged a bullet. I had a far better birthday with you lot!
