Since the private nursery is on his day does that mean he is paying for it now? I mean he could cancel it and provide childcare himself then...

We are still splitting the cost of childcare equally as they also go on a Monday which is my day to have them, so it’s 6 and 2 3’s really.

Maybe some gentle stretching, yoga type stuff today? Not too strenuous, but always a feel good activity that you can do at your own pace and ability. It can help release emotion that’s stored in the body too.

I’m going to try and enjoy doing things for me over these next few days while the kids are with their dad.

Please really try to do this and for your ongoing days 'off' too.
A bit of self care and switching off from twattoo thoughts will do you so much good, even it's simply sitting with your feet up with a book/box set/facepack -bet you have no chance of that with the children around!- so invest some time in you to relax and reset a bit, it will pay dividends.

Haha I mean I just wrote the lyrics so it would be less singing and more like caterwauling. Not to say that it wouldn’t work in a strong Scottish twang haha.

I figured I’d have to put it in there somewhere :)

No I’m not musical, although I do stream songs I’ve written. I like to think I’ve been developing an ear for it maybe to get the right vibes for my songs but that’s about as far as it goes haha. I’m just good with words/poems etc though. So I’ve started adapting them into songs (ai) and writing new songs. It’s been a blast. But alas, certainly not making me a living haha.

You know it gets a bad rap but I think people forget that it gives people a platform to expand on creativity too :) its genuinely brought me so much joy this year. And now it’s giving us all a good laugh too.

I took myself out for breakfast this morning and took the book I’m currently reading with me and it was so nice. I am heading to nursery soon and have plenty of tissues with me 🥹
