to tell me my husband paid for a prostitute when on a recent stag do in Marbella!

STI check for sure. Condoms don't prevent everything & plenty of women will offer 'no condoms' for more money.

I'm guessing it's a wife who thinks you should know but doesn't want to blow up her own relationship.

Unless they felt she had the right to know but didn't want to risk friendships getting ruined etc like if the mystery sender's partner told them in the strictest confidence and is good mates with OP's partner.

Sadly, I would believe this.
I used to know someone who regularly did the same whenever away with the lads. Thought about indirectly telling his wife in a similar way, but didn’t want to get involved in any way so didn’t.
This person has nothing to gain by telling you, I’d believe it.

Listen OP, nobody is going to be able to tell you if this is true or not. do you think he's the type of person who'd cheat, never mind pay for it?
This young lady could easily have bumped into the crowd, they all might have talked and flirted or she really could have witnessed something or been involved in something with one of the group. Would someone who's on holiday having a great time then go to the bother and time of creating a false account specifically just to tell you that your husband had done this? Who knows? Doesn't ring true to me, but I don't know your husband. Could be some troublemaker who does this kind of thing as a hobby, like a catfish. Strikes up conversations with stupid drunken men to get a few details from them then amuse themselves by tormenting partners at home. Or she could completely be telling the truth. Do you and your DH follow each other on SM? She could have easily have found you this way.
Do you know the partners of the others in the group well enough to know if any of them have been contacted with similar accusations?

OP, do you suppose that your husband , if he were out with a hooker stopped to share your contact information? Do you think that his drunken friends were passing out your contact information?

This sounds like the work of some twisted trouble maker or the actions of an angry person. Your husband may or may not have done anything, and you would be wise to get with your life. This person does not presumably does not know you or your husband, and it is not likely that she is acting in your best interest.
