I know this may sound weird, but from this image does this look like it's in a hotel.
I know it's a bit hard to tell but all opinions are very much welcome.

Can i just say something about a service available at moat chemists please peoples . Often chemists will have a poster somewhere saying that they are a safe place or are in safe place scheme. These posters are often easy to miss if you are not specifically looking right for them. It means that you can ask to use safe space, at which point you will be escorted into a private area, often a consultation room and offered assistance. They will usually offer to contact police, women's services etc. I have known them to help monitor women over time and build the help up slowly at a pace the woman is comfortable with. Please know that there is no judgement. And you can be honest with them they will have heard all sorts of things before and will not blame you nor force you into anything. I just wanted to point this out to anyone who may need to use it and wish you all good things , happiness and freedom xx

Could be a hostel or sheltered housing type thing, I know someone in a mum & baby unit, doors look similar

I personally think it's weird he's not trying to reassure you. Surely he'd say where it was and casually say what the deal is... My partner doesn't have fbk either but if he went on mine and seen anything he considered suspicious, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest to tell him the background info. It does look like hotel/B&B accommodation to me but I'm not familiar with flat set ups. It's frustrating not knowing why someone won't just be open about things in a relationship, they don't realise if everything was generally upfront then you wouldn't feel the need to push further 🙄 sorry you're in this position, try to look after yourself as best you can.

Could you zoom into the pic on the back of the door it looks like a price list to me. I would say maybe a b&b with the pics in the background.
