Just thought I'd share some good news with you all.

This week, I received confirmation from The CIPD that I've been awarded my level 3 certificate in HR practice!

I thought I wouldn't qualify so it came as a pleasant surprise.

So this means I'm officially qualified to practice HR now 😀❤️🎉

So we went to see a film and had coffee at his. He’s really cute physically and fun but … 1. He’s not MrActor 2. He decided to tell me all about the gender pay gap even though I let him know it was one of my areas of expertise at work, he still felt he had to fill me in about it and that maybe women were structurally different to men? He’s been watching some stuff on YouTube apparently that explained it all 😣 …

Hope Plan B is just as celebratory isit, and have a fantastic time with Ms Wales just* Not much of a roll call for me, still sitting on the smitten bench with Mr D(imples) and been together for about 4 months now. I mentioned earlier about feeling like a self-sabotager but words from *@WeWantTheFinestWines* still echoing in my mind and I'm just going to hold tight. My mental/physical health has had a big dip so I feel it's probably all related. He's a wonderful guy and I have completely fallen for him so I won't let go Hope all the weekend plans pull off *@BelladiMamma* and Mr Actor doesn't flake (it doesn't sound as though he will!)

@StartingAgain6369 you could flip the script slightly and just say to them both that you're thinking of dipping your toe in again, remind that they're your priority & is there anything they'd like to know or ask you?

Sometimes it can be as simple as letting them set the pace. In a year things could feel very different. But as pp have said, children don't like change - and actually if you can avoid massive change, then do. It sounds like you've probably got enough child free time to road test any relationship before involving the DC's

@StartingAgain6369 I have been at different stages of the dating / DC experience and been a DD of parents who date. Time always helps, giving them 1-1 time and also time to get used to the idea of you dating. Also it will make a big difference if the person you date is a genuinely nice and empathetic person and suitably (not too much not too little) interested in your DC.

As for the outfit, what if I told you it was neon yellow with pink spots 🤪

Also continuing on the post MrSardinia analysis. I am pleased I saw him tonight as it's helped me figure out exactly where he is on my dating roster. Which is way less important than I thought he might be. If he makes a habit of watching YouTube and then becoming an instant expert on anything else that I deal with in my day to day life or work on, my ovaries may commence immediate shutdown. I was honestly really surprised he was so ready to tell me about something he so clearly knew so little about!!! He's a nice guy otherwise, really nice vibe ... men 🤦🏻‍♀️... please, try to avoid mansplaining ... it's not sexy

Wedding was glorious and such wonderfully happy souls who are blissfully happy and in love. I felt so great though I'm struggling today!
