How often do you wash?

Basically this. I shower everyday and my DP hasn’t washed since Tuesday, and regularly goes days without washing. Is this normal?

I shower every morning, and more if I’ve been at the gym etc

Every morning and after exercise or before going on a night out (remember those!) so definitely once per day and twice a few times per week.

Everyday for me! DP tends to shower every other day but that’s more due to his eczema, his skin can’t cope with it every day

Me and DH shower every day. The DCs have a bath every day. It sets me up for the day.

That's wild! Every day for me.. my DP sometimes showers twice a day as he has a manual job..

I dont think its necessary for everyone to shower every day unless you are particularly grimy as it can actually be bad for some peoples skin and health when they've done research on it. However I think he should be washing the parts of him that get the dirtiest at least every couple of days.

Honestly... less than I should at the moment. Its one of the ways I can tell my mental health is really bad. But I'm single and always wash if I'm actually leaving the house

Twice a day for me-morning and night. But I’m weird that way. 😂 Can’t put on any clean clothes without showering first.

However grew up only having one shower a day and then doing a wash up in the morning instead of a shower.

Ha ha. I used to shower every morning and again after an evening run (3 times a week) but now if I’m not leaving the house (wfh and in the infected north, so not going out much), I do sometimes skip a day and just have a quick sink wash.

I shower every day - I need it to wake up properly. DD2 has fibro and does every other day, because it uses up energy she needs for other things.

Mostly once a day, sometimes twice if I've been hot/sweaty, sometimes I miss a day if I'm having a pj day and not going anywhere

Every day, same as husband. Sometimes he goes every other day but anything past that is stinky!

Twice a day.. Morning and night. Can't get in my bed with out washing the day off me.

I couldnt wash my hair everyday as it would be really bad for it so just wash that every other day. I shower though mostly every day.

I would say 5 times a week minimum. But unfortunately I'm in a similar boat to you, can't remember the last time DP had a shower, but I know it's not been in the last couple of days 🤢🤮

Shower every morning, often have a bath at night. On a slow weekend I might potter around in pjs then have a bath in the afternoon.

DP showers every day, but never has a bath unless he is really ill.

Everyday for me. Maybe once or twice a year I’ll skip a day, if the day just runs away or I really can’t be bothered but that’s if I’m not leaving the house and like I say once or twice a year!
