I have obviously name changed for this post and still shaking with disbelief and rage.

I have just gone downstairs from having my shower to find h with his cock over the sink and presumably about to wash it. He jumped when he realised I was there and the first thing out his mouth was oh I was going to wash the sink after!

I stood there in disbelief for a while and then became very angry. In the sink was my mug and a few bits of cutlery. I was so angry with his that I slapped him, I am ashamed with myself for doing this but I slapped him hard. I wash dishes that I prepare our children's food on in there. He also insists on brushing his teeth in the kitchen sink and we've argued over that before, he think I am completely unreasonable in this upsetting me.

He is now denying it completely saying I am seeing things. I am upstairs shaking with anger. I plan to show him this thread so he can see that I am not unreasonable for getting angry with his hygiene habits. There was no need for him to do this, we have a lovely bathroom for him to wash his cock in.

That is fucking disgusting

Shadow1234 · 15/02/2019 08:27

Sorry, but I have tears streaming down my eyes reading some of these comments. I have to say though, I also think it's disgusting.

ChakiraChakra · 15/02/2019 08:30

@BringMeAGinAndTonic

If there's a bloke out there with a knob of that magnitude, he's totally allowed to come to mine.

You know a dishwasher is probably going to be much less hassle and more hygienic than the man with the magnificent knob of washing up magnitude, right?

I mean, imagine the practicalities. He's gong to need an extra gusset sewing into every pair of trousers, possibly with some kind of hose reel storage system, and it'll definitely be wifework and down to you. An electric dishwasher wouldn't want you to do Sewing.

Aridane · 15/02/2019 08:41

What an awesomely long cock

Easterbuns1 · 15/02/2019 08:46

I'm pretty sure if I walked in and saw my dp washing his cock in the kitchen sink I would just fall about laughing!

JoanneMumsnet · 15/02/2019 09:49

Morning,

We've had a few reports about this thread and just thought we should post to confirm that the OP is indeed a long-term member of the site and has (understandably) changed her username for this thread.

Please give her a break - enough of the troll hunting posts. She's got enough on her plate(s). Sad

PhilomenaButterfly · 15/02/2019 09:55

I need to show some of these posts to DD 11. In the past week she's slapped me round the head and dug her nail so hard into my finger while holding my hand she's made it bleed. I only noticed this morning that there's blood on my coat where I took it off.

Sunshineandflipflops · 15/02/2019 09:55

If i'm being honest, I would find that disturbing and wouldn't be entirely happy as whatever he was doing could, I'm pretty sure, have been 'done' somewhere more appropriate. However, I think you lost the argument, or moral high ground at slapping him. That is not okay, no matter how big or tall he is.

bullyingadvice2017 · 15/02/2019 10:10

It's gross but does not justify you hitting him. If your that disgusted then you need to gather yourself and dump him. No one would blame you. But you hit him so you have lost any moral high ground!

Imagine if this was the other way round, women's aid would have been suggested in the first 5 posts

AutumnCrow · 15/02/2019 10:16

On good word skills @JoanneMN.

As the OP is genuine, long-standing etc, I'd like to add my twopenneth for what it's worth, which that it's quite odd secretive behaviour and could have been deliberately intended to 'pollute' her stuff behind her back. Quite sneaky, in fact.

His continual and subsequent gaslighting has her feeling backed into a corner, inappropriately lashing out to try to keep control. Lose/lose situation.

I think the OP needs to really think about this relationship, and whether there are many (any) positives here, because she sounds very unhappy and distressed.

PhilomenaButterfly · 15/02/2019 10:17

peekyboo this'll get rid of the Inspector Gadget theme tune:

You're welcome.

dellacucina · 15/02/2019 10:20

Hitting him was an immense overreaction and unacceptable. You were going to wash the dishes anyway and the fact that it was a penis doesn't mean it's actually more dirty than hands, you just perceive it to be.

Bottom line is washing his cock in the sink or urinating in the sink are both socially unacceptable but aren't actually going to cause harm.

His lying about it is weird and problematic.

BillMasen · 15/02/2019 10:25

Pretty amazed and disappointed that this thread has degenerated into laughing at what the victim of DV was doing in order to deserve being hit by their partner.

FFS it's no wonder male victims don't speak out, or are not taken seriously

girraffeduck · 15/02/2019 10:26

Couldn't possibly be a drive to get in the press and attract new posters in after many likely gave up after the breach

If it's actually genuine though... it's toxic, gaslighting, low level violence that can escalate, disrespect, and drama... and kids stuck between this. Both adults need a rethink about their behaviour

And I'd invest in a dishwasher, as much as you can easily clean sinks - it's utterly bananas to dip your danglies in any sink. Unless you are a baby being bathed

PhilomenaButterfly · 15/02/2019 10:29

JoanneMumsnet 😂

UnperfectLife · 15/02/2019 10:34

Sounds like he was about to take a pee? If you were in the shower, was there a loo available elsewhere in the house?
Not great- but doesn't warrant a slap. Express your outrage/ annoyance in an acceptable way.

pregnantforever · 15/02/2019 10:41

It's not up to my hygiene standards but hitting him is completely unreasonable and seems worse to me. Much worse

HeckyPeck · 15/02/2019 10:45

Getting angry with me and making like I did something wrong, it's very upsetting.

You can’t just hit people because they’re annoying you or being unhygienic. Or because they’re bigger than you.

My DSD is 9 and she already knows this.

It doesn’t sound like a great relationship all round to be honest. You think it’s ok to hit him and he thinks it’s ok to pretend you’re imagining things.

AryaStarkWolf · 15/02/2019 10:51

She's got enough on her plate(s)...

Grin
Aprilshowersarecomingsoon · 15/02/2019 10:54

Has no-one asked for a diagram yet??

Bryjam · 15/02/2019 10:58

OMG Mumsnet you have made my bloody day with that comment Grin

PowerPantsRule · 15/02/2019 11:06

Victim of male DV?

Come on! She hit him on the arm! Look at ANY TV programme, book etc and you will see that couples interact like that. Slapping someone's arm is not DV.

purplelass · 15/02/2019 11:16

OK, I'm confused Confused... whatever he was doing in the sink, if there's crockery / cutlery in there surely it's dirty anyway?

So while it's a bit yuck, anything in the sink would be washed and germ free before being used?

Or do you not have a draining board?

misskiki69 · 15/02/2019 11:20

Wtf???? 🤢🤮😆

WanderingTrolley1 · 15/02/2019 11:31
