Found emails and a receipt for flowers. The emails are just Facebook messenger notifications so I can't read what they say but he's addressed the flowers to "my love".

I'm in with the 3 dc. I'm going to be sick.

You do need to talk, you can’t just walk away from years of being together & having a family.

However, does it make any difference what he says? Nothing can justify what he did & nothing he says will make it worth putting yourself through the absolute hell that ‘making it work’ entails. If anything good can come out of the suffering those of us have been though ‘trying to make it work’ it would be that people like you don’t put yourselves through it. There’s not a man alive that’s worth that pain.

Oh, and speaking of shouting...

A few weeks into ‘making it work’ when he was fed up of my tears, questions & accusations...he said ‘I just want to put this to bed’. Well, it was like a red flag to a bull & I hit the ‘go nuclear’ button. I’m pretty sure, even this many years later, it’s a phrase he’s never used again!

Could you take a vitamin and mineral supplement, such as a soluble one or a soft sweet-like one you don't have to swallow whole? If you're not up to eating much it could help prevent you becoming even more run down.

Try drinking orange /Apple juice. Eating yoghurt and some grapes. A nice thickish vegetable soup.

You need your strength...but being a student nurse you know that.
