It's my birthday tomorrow and he's forgotten

I don't need a song and dance or presents or anything, but he's not even asked if I'd maybe like to go for lunch or something. Instead he's just banging on about the usual taxi service we have to provide the kids on a Saturday. I feel really despondent.

I forgot my husbands this week until lunchtime. Worse still I was feeling really down and self absorbed. I'd have felt so unbelievably bad if I'd have forgotten entirely that I'd have been really angry. At myself but I'm sure it'd have made me unpleasant to be around. So do tell him.

After 18 years, DH is still convinced that my birthday is the day before it actually is. Whenever we talk about birthdays, he always says that mine's the 6th not the 7th. Could there be a similar thing going on here?

DH forgot my birthday last year he was under tremendous pressure at work but even so. I cried. He felt terrible. This year I'll just remind him!!
