Would he consider a slim, removable ear cuff instead? A man with whom I work wears one and it is very subtle and super sexy-looking.

Or perhaps clip-on earrings?

Pitiless - be fair! Your man in question surely has a certain je ne sais quoi, to be able to carry off an ear cuff ...let alone a clip-on!

This is not something any and every man should be considering, by any means.
