is my dp cheating?

ive changed my name for this.

last night dp said he was going to pick his male friend up from stanstead airport. he left around 20.30 and came home around 2am

well i know i shouldnt have but i went through his phone about 20 minutes ago. ive found texts from a girl asking when they should meet and also asking him where he is. he wrote texts confirming that he had arrived at the carpark. these texts were written before he left the house last night and the first hour after he left.

i found another text saying something about enjoying the kiss. im so confused!

he's downstairs at the mo trying to sell his car i will ask when he comes in

It doesn't look good, I am so sorry. I don't see what innocent explanation he could possibly come up with to explain those texts.

Presumably you looked at his texts because something had aroused your suspicion ? .... even if it was a gut feeling something wasn't right. Most people do not regularly look for evidence of wrongdoing unprompted.

Don't let him turn this back on you by saying you shouldn't have looked. What's worse - you looking, or him meeting another woman ? (and lying, betraying your trust etc)

im just getting over the shock of reading them.

i just want him to come up so i can confront him. he's male friend who he said he was going to pick up is in the army. he only went back 3 weeks ago and comes home after 3-6 months so it was a bit wierd

Seems strange ... I would be worried too. Hope it works out for the best and there is a logical explanation. Horrible for you

friday he went out and i went bed around 1.30am, both had work in the morning. he said he came in around 1.30-2.00 am but i was still awake around then as i was giving ds a dreamfeed. cant remember where he said he was going

imconfused so sorry for you my ex was cheating on me with my best mate and was doing exactley the same things your dp is doing coming home late ect i think the best one was when he said he was going to play 5 a side football on a wed eve with his mate xxxx i saw his mate xxxx the next day and asked him how the footie was and he said what fottie? and when i asked ex he said his mate was a effin liar there was footie and xxxx was there! hope you are ok xx

I can't see what explanation he'd have for kissing another woman tbh, sounds like he's cheating to me and I'd confront him straight away. Hope you at least get some answers.

im going to confront him and take it from there. i know he will find some excuse for it. just have to see what he says first. if he is cheating thats it, he can get out, i cant be with someone if i know theyve been cheating. ds is 6 months and dd is 2.
