Yes, you can get cannabis vapourisers. Not in this country (legally) but in Holland for example. You can get cannabis in liquid form to use in the vape.

Wish I could get my hands on the oils for vaping.

May have to learn how to make my own before I actually need it, from a cancer sufferer perspective.

Technically it isn't illegal to smoke weed.
You can't buy, sell or possess it but it isn't illegal to smoke it.
Technically you could legally smoke a Ford capri, not advisable but not illegal.

Don't need to put cannabis resin in a cigarette to smoke it. I remember in my younger days when friends used a Coke can with small holes punched in it, some cannabis resin and a lighter to smoke it
