MOST AFFAIRS ARE WOMENS OWN FAULT!? WOULD YOU AGREE?

I think that most men have affairs because something is missing at home,

if a womans a great cook in the kitchen, a shoulder to cry on, a whore in the bedroom, then there shouldnt be too much of a problem!

i really do think this is the case, and will probably get slated for thinking so,

but this morning on 'loose women' they were all laughing about how they all faked headaches and say they're too tired to avoid sex, and how they only do it once a month and think of england!!
well no wonder men go looking for sex if its being denied it at home??

i always try my best to look good for my DP, and cook nice meals, and we have sex most nights (and i have 2 babies under 2)

just a thought!

kitty

PMSL lockets and expat.

Can you have two soulmates? Maybe a soulmate and a playmate?

donnie · 21/11/2006 14:34

"no-one is entitled to own anyone else's genitals"

priceless!!!!

( having now finished reading the thread)

Tortington · 21/11/2006 14:34

didn't cathy lette do a cow book?

expatinscotland · 21/11/2006 14:35

I want to own all my soulmate's underwear AND their genitals.

Cuz I'm going to sell them on Ebay.

donnie · 21/11/2006 14:42

so if your DP refused to go to church every week with you kittylette, would you be entitled to shag the vicar?( would he want to shag you I wonder...)interesting new religious spin on this discussion.

Iklboo · 21/11/2006 14:48

Not read the whole post BUT

He could STILL be shagging someone else behind your back as well

Booboobedoo · 21/11/2006 15:02

PMSL @ anusol-mate

joelallie · 21/11/2006 15:36

donnie - have just read that 'owned genitals' comment again and you're right - it's reduced me to helpless laughter.....classic. Never thought of owning anyone's bits TBH. If it's not a first relationship does that mean they are 'pre-owned' ??

kittylette · 21/11/2006 15:38

i think your all just being offensive and personal now,

yes my original comments may have offended some, but not direstly in a personal way,

however you are being directly personal and disrespectful,

and the notion i should attend church because i am bi is ridiculous

so all you who said that believe gay people should steer clear of church?

its ludicrous, offensive and down right homophobic!

shame on you all,

and no i wont be needing a name change as im not ashamed of my sexuality OR my completely normal sexual activities i share with my partner,

thats my last words because im seriosly feeling hurt, and like i said i realise i mayve caused upset to some with my original post but i have repeatedly aplogised for that, and NONE of it was direct, unlike your comments towards me,

i feel really sad that a group of grown women are so immature as to take the piss over 'anal sex!' what are you all 13??

and you said im immature?

OP posts:
kittylette · 21/11/2006 15:38

sorry i should NOt attend church i meant

AitchTwoOh · 21/11/2006 15:43

to which i say... don't dish it out if you can't take it, kittylette.

kittylette · 21/11/2006 15:46

i dished out a general comment,

i didnt attack anyone directly , or take the piss out of a comment someone posted

OP posts:
HappyDaddy · 21/11/2006 15:48

apart from saying we were all sad and pathetic for posting personal details on here, eh kitty?

expatinscotland · 21/11/2006 15:49

And that all our relationships are shitty.

WhizzBangCaligula · 21/11/2006 15:50

and that you could have everyone's husband

WhizzBangCaligula · 21/11/2006 15:51

and that one of us is old and fat

AitchTwoOh · 21/11/2006 15:51

i am genuinely offended by the idea that women should be their partners' willing sexual slaves, and i am genuinely offended that you used the work 'whore' without so much as a backward glance to the exploitation of women as prostitutes.

i'm also offended by the fact that you called people who use this site 'pathetic' and that you implied that had some women here 'put out' more then their husbands wouldn't have left them.

no one here gives a shit about your bisexuality, your religious faith or your taking it up the arse. but you did tell us all about them on a thread that was designed to stir things up, so perhaps next time you'll be more discreet if you don't like people taking the piss out of you?

plibble · 21/11/2006 16:15

We're not all "taking the piss over 'anal sex'" we're laughing because you so willingly disclose personal details (which should, I feel, remain between you and your dp) to a bunch of internet strangers and then claim that people who post about their problems on Mumsnet are pathetic.

I'm also alternating between laughing and puking over the repeated use of the word "hubby". Bleaugh [vomiting emoticon needed].

WhizzBangCaligula · 21/11/2006 16:16

Hubby's the real taboo here...

Kitty i don't think you should take it that personally. If you stand back from it all the whole thread is just a bit ridiculous.
You have to be careful giving advice about how to stop men having affairs or how perfect your relationship is because anyone can have an affair. This is from personal experience- my parents were soulmates, bestfriends, always kissing, cuddling and holding hands, talked about everything, shared interests, faith and hobbies, both had good degrees and were intellectual, brought up three children, my mum worked, was a fabulous cook and always made home cooked meals and kept a very tidy house, they had sex 3 times a week and everyday when on holiday even after 30years of marriage. My dad recently had an affair and they are now separated. Everyone who knew them said they had always been envious of how close they were and what a good relationship they had.
As I said- it can happen to ANYONE.

WhizzBangCaligula · 21/11/2006 17:30

God how awful Soph.

That is incredibly depressing.

soph28 · 21/11/2006 17:32

tell me about it.
