I'm heavily pregnant and me and dp have been arguing and we haven't really been intimate he's being a dick basically- I just went into the bathroom and his boxers are on the floor he just took them off and had a shower after being at the gym and they have a white stain in about the size of a 50p is this normal? Do men get discharge?!! I don't want to kick off over a bit of knob discharge

Great clue Apocalypto - Enemas!

In your case Bogey. Does not mean it is the same for the OP. You will see lots of us said we can't know what the truth is but she is clearly struggling with her emotions and reactions- has said so herself. She needs help and support from her GP or midwife for her own sake, not his.

Bogeyface · 20/08/2014 22:51

I agree she does need support. What she doesnt need is people taking the piss and disregarding her feelings.

It has been seen on MN countless times when a woman has that feeling that something is wrong "You are paranoid, you are imagining things, etc" cheaters will do anything to cover their tracks. Mine, and many others, used the "oh its just your hormones". I am not saying he is cheating but I am saying that there is enough there to suggest he may be, and that labelling the OP as depressed and/or hormonal is just as bad as what he is doing.

Bogeyface · 20/08/2014 22:53

Intuition is a very strong indicator, why would she even think that a stain on his boxers was anything other than just a stain if she wasnt already thinking something is wrong?

She knows him best, she knows something is wrong and we should be supporting her to find out what that is. I am not saying he is cheating but something is very clearly wrong and I am concerned that the OP is being pushed into believing that this is all in her head, not only by him but by MN too.

LuluJakey1 · 20/08/2014 23:36

OK

But I don't think most people are saying 'it is just your hormones'

Fairenuff · 21/08/2014 11:55

She has been advised to seek support from her gp and midwives. That is entirely appropriate advice.

The professionals will be able to tell her whether this is a medical issue and if they rule that out, then OP will know that her instinct might be trying to tell her something else.

Bear in mind that she said she felt like this during her last pregnancy too, so it's not such a long leap to think that the two might, or might not, be connected.

4littleones · 21/08/2014 17:07

Bogeyface - have you read the previous thread from the same OP?

Oh, yes, that was a funny typo and some of the responses were quite funny, but im with bogeyface on this, and the fact that the poor woman has a previous thread and is clearly unwell/distressed. Fucking hell guys!

Mumtobenovember · 21/08/2014 21:03

Hi everyone- I'm doing ok I agree with what your saying bogeyface I often argue with myself thinking am I being crazy and paranoid or is there something not right?.. It's exhausting and confusing I have booked to see gp Monday I have suffered with depression and was on meds and had countless hours of therapy and thinks improved and now a year on I have got pregnant and it's like all that work has been undone.. It's hard I have tried to stop looking for things but part of me thinks I should still keep an eye out but not jump on every tiny thing and say it to him.. The truth always comes out eh?
As for the nasty and tasteless comments- I'm all for having a laugh and a joke but they made feel even more alone and stupid but I have had such lovely helpfull comments aswell I don't care about those crowd pleasers Smile thanks everyone!!!!

Bogeyface- how did you catch him then?

Discharge, pre-cum, wet dreams. all names for this.

It could even be caused by a UTI infection (so I am told) or a prostate infection or even heavy lifting at work.

StercusAccidit · 22/08/2014 02:45

Sorry for the thread hijack but bogeyface and lem, nice to see some old names still here :)

OP, see your gp, sit on your feelings for now. If he is mucking around, you've raised suspicions so he'll watch what he's doing for a while.
If he isn't, you'll find more undies with the same stuff in them lying around, that'll prove (?) its unlikely to be from cheating.

IF he IS .. they eventually drop themselves in it somehow.

Hope you're ok
