Right date went quite well I think, we went bowling!! His idea and he paid for it all which was nice, we get on well and I think I fancy him although he has smaller feet than me - is that a red flag?!

He has also text me already which is a good sign right?!

Just - I eventually asked this one out as got bored with just messaging back and forth. Normally I would say wait till they ask you out but sometimes you have to take the lead!

superdooperpenguin · 20/11/2013 23:13

Urgh, three hours of my life I'll never get back! He's texted already to say thank you, I've politely thanked him back but praying he's realised we didn't click! Not attracted to him and personality wise we're total opposites. I feel bad as I'm sure he's going to keep texting. He's a nice guy but not for me...i hate saying no to people!

ladygoingGaga · 21/11/2013 06:51

girl height is not a red flag, it's a personal thing if you fancy him or not Grin
Sounds like a second date may be in orderSmile

Grin at super oh well! you live and learn! and in a few years the dates that didn't work out will make good stories after a glass of wine.
I'm the same as you, but I find saying no thanks via text easier.

JustALittleGreen · 21/11/2013 08:40

Sounds good, girl, would you say yes to a second date?

Never mind, super did you at least get a decent meal out of it?!

girliefriend · 21/11/2013 09:13

Well that was the second date so now it would be a third date - eek - but yes I think I would say yes! He does seem very keen, had text me by the time I got home ysdt and text me this morning as well (although its my birthday so he had a good excuse!)

Is the 3rd date where you have to start snogging? Grin Although he has small hands and feet and is slightly shorter than me he is quite blokey in all other ways which I like. Plus he can talk lots and is funny which I find attractive.

He mentioned going out for dinner for the next date which might be a problem as I get very nervous in restaurants and on dates so that combination may be interesting Shock Grin

Stupidhead · 21/11/2013 09:31

Girlie. I don't know whether the science adds up or not but the guy I know with the tiny cock (it was like my finger, seriously) had really small hands and feet, smaller than mine! And he was very lager swilling, rugby playing 'blokey'!

girliefriend · 21/11/2013 09:44

Really Stupid? Oh dear, you are not the first person to make that connection, hmm will be very annoying if we get to the shagging phase to then find out he has a very small willy!!

Stupidhead · 21/11/2013 09:59

Well it was an interesting experience! Haha! But he might just be a one off!

dontcallmehon · 21/11/2013 10:11

Why it always the ones you don't fancy who keep texting, super. Typical! Oh well, dating is an experience if nothing else.

I think I might be a little bit smitten, gaga. I have a feeling that this is going to go somewhere. Don't know why, but I do.

Putitonthelist · 21/11/2013 11:26

Stupid just nearly spat my cup of tea over the keyboard! OMG the size of you're finger - I bet he took some stick in the showers after a rugby match!!

I am still Grin after my ONS - and thank god it was bigger than my finger!!

girlie chatty and funny is a big plus - sounds like you like him. Don't think I've ever been out with anyone than smaller feet than me but I'm sure small hands/small cock is a myth Smile

dont sounds great - you just know when something feels right.

super just let him down gently - I texted someone back and said you're a lovely guy, had a good time but we're just at different places - best wishes.

Gaga may have missed it - did you mention the text?

melanie58 · 21/11/2013 11:46

girlie, that old connection about shoe / dick size is ... bollocks. My last boyfriend had small feet, but was magnificent in other departments. He was full of testosterone, very stubbly, nice deep voice. Does your date have a squeaky voice? That might be a better clue. Also, much more important, is he a nice, intelligent, humorous man? If so, who cares?

girliefriend · 21/11/2013 12:59

He hasn't got a squeaky voice just a normal bloke voice (he has a strong London accent which I like) have been deliberating all morning about what I would do if he did have a really small willy Blush

If everything else was perfect I guess I would just have to find a way round it - so to speak Grin

Poffedoff · 21/11/2013 13:43

Grin at the feet/ willy talk.. Not sure how much of a myth it is actually.. I've experienced this myself so it could be common enough..
What size feet exactly Girlie? Lol

Poffedoff · 21/11/2013 13:45

Nice to hear you're still glowing after your ons Putit... Would he be worth re-visiting?

Poffedoff · 21/11/2013 14:14

Sounds like lurve Dontcallme Smile
As a matter of interest, how long are you separated? I met pof guy really quickly after I split from ex... I was only intending to have fun for a while, enjoy being single again etc.
I'm pretty smitten myself but feel its all a bit too much too soon, can't imagine my kids meeting him for example... think it would finish my ex off completely if he knew... How long do you guys think is a respectable amount of time to wait before telling people you're dating?

Hormonalhell · 21/11/2013 14:40

What does everyone class as small feet? Grin

melanie58 · 21/11/2013 15:02

well if the man I'm talking about had size 8 feet but a seriously big dick (no measurement available) :)

dontcallmehon · 21/11/2013 15:28

I've only been separated since April, but the marriage was over a long time before that and I feel ready to be with the right person. We'll see how it goes. I can't imagine introducing geeky to the kids either yet - that would be if I knew this was going to last in the long term. I need time to know if that'll happen. Hope so though.

girliefriend · 21/11/2013 16:09

This guy has size 6 feet Shock which is smaller than mine! Only found out because we went bowling so he had to ask for his shoes.

I'm getting seriously worried about this now Grin

girliefriend · 21/11/2013 16:11

Would it be awful to want to sleep with him just to fine out? Shock Blush Grin

melanie58 · 21/11/2013 16:18

Yes! but you must fancy him to be considering it...

Stupidhead · 21/11/2013 16:37

I think you should sleep with him to satisfy our curiosity! My small dick guy must have had size 5/6 feet :-/

Oh and as the seperation query, if you left then you checked out of that relationship long before the official split date so are or can be ready. My kids met my now FIANCÉ (haha!) after 2 months, I worried it was too soon but he insisted and it was Boxing Day. I've never told my ex, think he thinks I'm living like a nun as the kids say nowt! Haha!

Poffedoff · 21/11/2013 17:14

Girlie I'd say a bit of " heavy petting" should be more than enough to determine if you'd like to take it further Grin

For any guys reading this thread and screaming " I knew size mattered" to a certain extent it does but usually it's the method more than the volume iykwim Wink

Bant · 21/11/2013 17:22

Thanks for the clarification, poffed :)

Hormonalhell · 21/11/2013 18:13

Definitely Poffed size is not important to a degree but I do feel sorry for men with really small ones. Two of my friends have been with their OH's since school and they both say their guy has a little weener. I wonder if there's something in it be cause they both believe their men are loyal is this because they know they won't satisfy another woman
