Just found a condom wrapper

I'm freaking out. As some of you know my DP went on a business trip. He borrowed my bag for hand luggage. I've just found the corner piece of a condom wrapper. I don't know what to do. I need to ask him face-to-face. Is there any way this could be innocent?! Help

Am I the only one who thinks there might be a perfectly reasonable and believeable explanation?
Found a condom wrapper at the side of our cupboards. I know it was one we used AGES ago. It was dusty. it could have fallen in to a bag and god knows what i'd have thought.
