Feeling totally miz but, sad though they are in many ways, I have been inspired by your poems and enjoyed writing my own.

Maybe I can cheer myself up further by creating a Dumpling song for us

In fact, I will think about about it but maybe actually we should donate a glass of to the dumpling that creates the best song. It will need verses and a chorus and of course will need to be sung along to a well known tune of your choosing.

Patience, as you mentioned self help books I forgot so say earlier that the book I mentioned was Life is Huge but any of her books would be good. It's v basic stuff but easy to read & easy to do.

Oh I love these songs . I worked a night shift last night so I've only just got up. Can't say I'm too worried about Valentine's day as we never celebrated it anyway. I'm not known for my sentimentality .
So sorry for those (on this thread and elsewhere) that find today a difficult day. In reality it's just another boring Monday, no better or worse than yesterday or tomorrow.
