And there’s some rubbish about an ex-stripper policeman?

The 6th form college where I do evening classes has consultation evenings. I assume qite a few people go, as it means parking's a nightmare.

Minimammoth · 28/08/2018 14:17

Just waiting for Henry to wail ’ Where’s Daddy, I want Daddy’

DadDadDad · 28/08/2018 15:20

We're going to need a new thread by Thursday, so I'm sure @PseudoBadger would welcome some thread title suggestions

ErrolTheDragon · 28/08/2018 16:01

Not quite late enough in the year for something like 'the autumn of Russel leaves'

Saffkat · 28/08/2018 16:40

We need to talk about Freddy ... and Lily and Henwee and the cheese ...

Saffkat · 28/08/2018 16:40

Errol Grin very good

MissVanjie · 28/08/2018 18:38

I think there should be a mention of llama drama vs baby mama drama in the new thread but I can't do words at this point in the day as I'm hangry

Mitzimaybe · 28/08/2018 18:51

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, and I'm a bit behind, and probably missed the relevant episodes but what happened to Richard Lock(e?)? Last I knew, Elizabeth had dithered about dating him for so long that he went off with Debbie when she was home for Christmas, and I don't remember him featuring after that. But assuming he and Elizabeth never actually fell out, why doesn't she ask him to be a character witness for Freddy, given that he spent some time talking him into staying on at school/college etc.

FreezerBird · 28/08/2018 19:18

Susan! I am genuinely shocked.

Shock Shock Shock

glamorousgrandmother · 28/08/2018 19:20

Pants on fire!!!

Gruach · 28/08/2018 19:27

I’m more puzzled than shocked ... And questioning what I thought I heard earlier in the week. Is she maybe having some sort of mental crisis? I’m sure she isn’t; it’s not the kind of thing I’d trust them to do well. But then ... Pat. Mike. Poor Greg.

But then ... HWMNBN.

Nope.

Still puzzled.

What. Is. Going. On???Confused

Gruach · 28/08/2018 19:31

Mitzi - the 97 interim editors were all too busy tying up juicier loose ends left by previous editors.

But I wouldn’t change the current Frilly story - they’ve set it all up quite beautifully.

Mootsie · 28/08/2018 19:43

Listening to the sound effects during Tom and Helen's conversation, I was convinced Henry had just driven off with Jack strapped in the back of the car. Shock

chemenger · 28/08/2018 19:58

Genuinely sucked by Susan, how ones she think this is going to play out.

chemenger · 28/08/2018 20:38

Shocked by Susan that should have said. Distracted by bake off.

DadDadDad · 28/08/2018 21:41

What did Susan say? or are you going to make me listen and find out myself?

R4 · 28/08/2018 21:50

She blamed Clarrie for the llamadrama. It's probably going to backfire and Clarrie will come out of it smelling of roses and Susan will think "it should have been me".

newtlover · 28/08/2018 22:29

this didn't seem credible to me, Susan isn't stupid (just vain and snobbish) - surely she would have foreseen that the truth will come out in the end

EBearhug · 28/08/2018 23:28

It wasn't credible to me, either. I was shocked to the core!

Eastpoint · 29/08/2018 06:17

Why on earth would Pip be out on a quad bike? C-section script writers? Have you forgotten about the baby?

SmartestGiant · 29/08/2018 06:49

@Eastpoint Rosie is five weeks old. She'll be fine on a quad bike!

laptopdisaster · 29/08/2018 07:44

I was driving a week after my section.

ADarkandStormyKnight · 29/08/2018 07:51

A quad bike would e a lumpy ride, though?

NorthernLurker · 29/08/2018 08:00

Pip's only 25 and seems to have had a good recovery. Chances are she's healed well.

I thought Susan's confession was just bizarre.

NorthernLurker · 29/08/2018 08:04

I did love the irony of Helen dissing juicewoman's business expertise. Right back at you Helen - making bad cheese in a building supplied by your parents with milk supplied by your parents whilst your kids are looked after by your parents and your huge legal bills are paid for by your parents........
