Peggy revealed to Jenny that she was incandescent with fury about the outcome of the bail application. (Contrary to Pat's fears yesterday.)

She was very concerned about how lonely Helen must be. And as she has been driven home by Adam I'm hoping they may come up with a plan involving Ian.

Steady on! I'll be amazed if she properly takes Helen's side.

I love the little things; Brian's chuckle when Adam turned the corner, Peggy asking Adam to give her his arm. They're quality actors.

I saw a trailer for EE at the weekend. No idea what's going on but it was all Peggy Mitchell.

As for the smoking - I don't really know any smokers so I don't imagine any of them smoking. But bow you mention the dodgy cough it's obvious!!

I can't decide whether it's realistic or not that they are going ahead planning anniversary parties and things- I'm not sure I would if I were them...

I have mentioned how fabulous Adam's actor is in r/l haven't I. We saw him in Zindabad as Mr Lawrence and he was great not bad looking either in my opinion anyway.
