New thread for tonight's episode.

Do you like the decor then? My 'personal' assistant did it.

Marking place. No comment to make but please make it stop!!

BertrandRussell · 27/04/2016 19:36

why Henry has to go back to BhC

shinynewusername · 27/04/2016 19:37

Inevitable. Why on earth would a court not give Henwee to the apparently innocent man who has PR for him?

R4 · 27/04/2016 19:39

I love your farm animals MOUMOO. I want to copy'n'paste them but it's not working.Sad

AnnieNoMouse · 27/04/2016 19:44

Nice title Pseudo - I like a break from the HelNRob ones from time to time.

That sounded like a fairly reasonable decision, on the facts as known to the judge, rather than to the facts as known to us. Though he could have been a bit more generous with contact.
But why is there any reason for Rob to stay in BHC now? Is there any money left for him to pay the rent? I suppose he could start claiming benefits, but I don't know if housing benefit payments would cover it.
Surely he doesn't expect to return to the shop? Or is he going to use that as a bargaining chip re Henwee? I can see PatnTone actually agreeing Sad
In fact I'm fast coming to the conclusion that given Rob and Arsula's evilness, PatnTone's wetness, and Helen's bloody histrionics, that a nice nurturing boarding school could actually be the best thing for him Confused

ElgartheCat · 27/04/2016 19:45

Oh and you can hear Phil, and the old Clarrie, and Helen before Rob.

ColdTeaAgain · 27/04/2016 19:46

Where has Kirsty gone? We need her back!

R4 · 27/04/2016 19:49

Sorry, Elgar, did you say something?
Grin

ElgartheCat · 27/04/2016 19:51

Sorry, will get them deleted

BertrandRussell · 27/04/2016 19:55

And obviously Pat and Tony trust Rob or they wouldn't have let him go to BHC unsupervised........

buckingfrolicks · 27/04/2016 19:59

Crap. In every possible way.

R4 · 27/04/2016 20:05

Nooooo Elgar I was joshing you. Everybody should go and listen to VW now, we need cheering up.

elephantoverthehill · 27/04/2016 20:14

Thanks for the link Elgar. DD was quite concerned as I was laughing so much. She thought I was listening to TA which normally makes me shout atm.

WipsGlitter · 27/04/2016 20:21

Place marking

SmallLegsOrSmallEggs · 27/04/2016 20:23

Loved the Victoria Wood episodes.
"My mum? Jill Archer?"Grin

Vaara · 27/04/2016 20:27

Dammit I was posting on the old thread! C&P....

Vaara · 27/04/2016 20:27

I'm confused as to what this hearing is all about. It's only been 24 hours since Arsula nicked him and eve the fact he was nicked isn't clear cut. What the hell is going on?

PP is right - this isn't the kind of storyline you can cover in daily 15 min slots. Either you do it properly, and in order to get the details right it becomes a tediously drawn out affair, impossible to keep to with in the time allotted or..... big chunks are missed out or skipped and its bloody impossible to follow.

Vaara · 27/04/2016 20:28

I wanted to add - there was the Bob Geldof thing with Tiger Lily wasn't there? Her parents both died and instead of the grandparents she went to live with her mother's ex husband and half sisters. Quite a nasty court case too.

bakeoffcake · 27/04/2016 20:28

I expect if Knob wants to return to working in the farm shop, there won't be much anyone can do about it. He'd probably sue them for wrongful dismissal if they refused.

Vaara · 27/04/2016 20:31

Didn't Pat and dimwit Tony realise what "parental responsibility" bloody meant when Helen gave it to Rob in the first place?

Blithering idiots

SmallLegsOrSmallEggs · 27/04/2016 20:31

He can't. He hasn't been there long enough and was technically only ever maternity cover for Hellon anyway.

not that that will stop him

Vaara · 27/04/2016 20:33

Your 5 year old grandchild gets forcibly removed from your care, and delivered into the hands of an abusive maniac:

Tony: we'll just have to grin and bear it....

Wtf? I wish Helen had stabbed Tony instead of Rob. He damn well deserves it. He hasn't done one single thing to protect Helen or Henry.

Alicekeach · 27/04/2016 20:34

Loved the line in the Victoria Wood thing about admiring the window display of custard packets in the shop. Almost as though she had a premonition!

SmallLegsOrSmallEggs · 27/04/2016 20:35

But vaara what would you have him do?
They went to court. They now have no choice but to abide by it.

Vaara · 27/04/2016 20:40

Not on yr nelly would my dad have said "grin and bear it"

He'd have been spitting fireballs. Pointlessly, futilely, yes. But hopping bloody furious anyway.

Not "grinning and bearing it"
