I think he'll definitely go, and will aim to sabotage upcoming marriage by 'accidentally' mentioning something to Ian.

Thus also alienating Helen from both Adam and Ian, as Rob will let on that Helen was aware of Adam's previous liaison.

Will Adam get to find out that his own mother told Rob about Pavel the strawberry picker?
