yes i agree, no way would i want to fold and carry a mb for the bus, very hard work and a real pain and heavy, although a mb would fit on the buses round here with out the need to fold.

BrassMonkeyBaubles · 16/12/2011 12:03

I have emailed babyjungle and said I will stick to my Easywalker order....I did explain why, but also thanked them for taking the time to read my email and offer their advice and I agree on paper the MB would've been a good choice if it wasn't for some quality issues in recent times and my negative experience of lack of customer service.
I think based on all I've heard about Easywalker they are a good choice for us to try.
I'm glad what you all said confirmed what I was thinking at heart....just was having a little wobble! You know what it is like ordering unseen. Exciting yet nerve wracking, especially when the item is not cheap!

BrassMonkeyBaubles · 16/12/2011 12:11

Thank you Tiggy and Prams for the help. Thanks

TwinkleWunkleChristmasStar · 16/12/2011 13:58

Where prams? On friggs thread? Or something entirely separate?

I'm easily confused!

PresentsRibbonsAndMerrySantas · 16/12/2011 14:31
Xmas Blush
FriggFRIGGYPudding · 16/12/2011 17:11

Prams! What,where?!

I'm just about to go on the thread and confess....I ended up ordering it from John Lewis instead of direct from apple,so I won't get the free engraving,I get 2years free insurance instead, which although less exciting,is much more practical!Grin

suzie38 · 16/12/2011 17:20

DH said no iPad!!!

TwinkleWunkleChristmasStar · 16/12/2011 17:28

suzie38 · 16/12/2011 17:48

Actually i think an ipod touch would suit us fine given i've no plans to have wi fi anytime soon...We'd still get similar apps and be able to download Peppa Pig programs and the like???

FriggFRIGGYPudding · 16/12/2011 18:03

Yep,suzie,I reckon the iPod is the one for you,the iPad is a lot of money if you're not going to be using the Internet!

FriggFRIGGYPudding · 16/12/2011 18:17

The BJCCD came,it will be a fantastic snow buggy!
The wheels are lovely and big and the front suspension is the bounciest I've ever seen!
Both DC fit very nicely and look comfy although DS does prefer a More solid seat, like the vista and the Ziko Frankie, but then DD loves hammock style seats,so,win some lose some!
The hoods are HUGE of course and have brilliant windows,it does not fit through the door, but then I didn't expect it too.
It's in fab condition too,and she included the rain cover Smile
It was creaking and squeaking like crazy when I first put it up,but DP put some WD40 on and it went completely
At first I thought it didn't push very well,I was quite disappointed, until I realised all four tyres are completely flat!

So I will report back on pushabilaty tomorrow!

PresentsRibbonsAndMerrySantas · 16/12/2011 19:36

thats great frigg, i need to stick on here don't i Xmas Grin
it's calmed down now, i thought it was going to kick off and then get deleted, i only asked a question on aibu. that will teach me Xmas Smile

BrassMonkeyBaubles · 16/12/2011 19:41

Frigg which BJCCD is it? City select duo? Sounds fab whatever it is and inflating the tyres will make a huuuuge difference I'm sure.

BrassMonkeyBaubles · 16/12/2011 19:43

Ah prams pm the link please....bet it wasn't really so bad...was it?
I like our little corner of mn...seems very safe and happy. Xmas Smile
