Would a Combi work??? Citisport is very small but doesn't fold in on itself which the Combi's do.

Tiggywunkle · 28/08/2011 20:16

I will have a look at the Combi. Thanks Suzie. I can now see the bag! Wow...that is a lot for nothing that is outwardly extraordinary...and White?? With mucky fingers, baby food and poo??? Hmmm! Black would have been a better choice. Still you could buy one and get one half price ;)

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 20:57

Tiggy, I feel you might be asking the impossible! Confused Are there long thin ones that you can fit a pushchair that folds in the style of the Aprica strollers? I saw a similar one the other day at a soft play place but I couldn't see any writing on it to see what it was. It was really thin and about 80cm long.

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 21:02

Here's a super cheap Combi Dash going really soon.

Tiggywunkle · 28/08/2011 21:07

I think I am asking the impossible but you lot are worth a try! I think the Quicksmart are the nearest I can get. But I can't find one for sale anywhere either new or within reach on EBay.. But I did find this funky special needs pushchair with skis :) www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kangoo-all-terrain-rehab-buggy-trike-disabled-/230663275563?pt=UK_Health_Beauty_Mobility_Disability_Medical_ET&hash=item35b49a442b#ht_768wt_922

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 21:15

I noticed that Kangoo the other day and thought it was amazing. Much better than the usual ugly special needs pushchairs. Don't the maufacturers understand that children with physical disabilities would appreciate something fun looking? Hmm

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 21:17

I've just had a look but there aren't any Quicksmarts near me either. I'd have happily posted it to you.

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 21:19

This one's in Nottingham. Is it anywhere near you suzie?

suzie38 · 28/08/2011 21:23

Yes i'm in Nottingham...I saw one of those being pushed last week.

FriggFRIGG · 28/08/2011 21:28

my sister had a combi dash, twas brilliant, she used it until it literally fell apart!

IM SOOOOOOO EXCITED ABOUT MY VERVE!!!GrinGrinGrin
im thinking of buying panniers....or a base bag.....and a FREERIDER!

what do you reckon?

Tiggywunkle · 28/08/2011 21:30

There's a pink quick smart backpack one on EBay. Is that tiny Surf any good? who used to have one? look at this though!! www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bye-Bye-Buggy-Childrens-PushChair-Ex-USAF-/300584220927?pt=UK_Baby_BabyTravel_Pushchairs_GL&hash=item45fc3738ff#ht_1823wt_922 I need four more children.

Tiggywunkle · 28/08/2011 21:37

I am glad you are excited Frigg :) I think you will be able to pimp it up to suit :) I have just shown hubby the Safety First Surf and have bought one. He reckons it will fit in the locker easily:) It's worth a try.

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 22:09

Tiggy! Shock You didn't even give me a chance to do a ridiculous amount of searching for tiny folding pushchairs! I was looking at the Mutsy Spider and there's also one by Bebe Confort I think. It's winding me up that I can't remember what it's called. Confused

Tiggywunkle · 28/08/2011 22:13

I can always look at others! I have a convertible ar so like small pushchairs to go under the roof. I saw the Mutsy Spider...but thought it would be big :) I could always compare some :)

Tiggywunkle · 28/08/2011 22:19

I am hankering after another Takeoff. I miss mine but DD used to do aeroplane legs and knock things off shelves in shops. It got too dangerous!

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 22:19

The Spider is 55x44x34cm and the Surf is 64x37x20 folded. So the Surf's definitely better for going in a locker.

FriggFRIGG · 28/08/2011 22:22

the spider was sent from hell to torture mothers and children.
i shant tolerate its name being mentioned on this thread.

seriously,it is gawd awful.

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 22:24

The Mia Moda Cielo Evolution is a bit bigger but has little arm rests.

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 22:25

Oops, sorry Frigg! Blush

aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 22:29

What ever happened to that ridiculously expensive Origami?

Tiggywunkle · 28/08/2011 22:50

Lol...sorry Frigg :( I thought the Surf was better for a locker too. I will take my tape measure tomorrow just to be sure.
Ooohh the Origami...that one is odd. It reminds me of a crab / spider!

FriggFRIGG · 28/08/2011 22:51

Grin s'okay.

MonkeysPunk · 28/08/2011 23:07

Is the origami the electrified buggy with a life of its own?
That "Bye Bye Buggy" is being sold by a company that deals mostly with ex mod or government surplus supplies....
One ponders which genetically modified cloning program they needed the six dearer buggy for....!

OP posts:
MonkeysPunk · 28/08/2011 23:08

seater not "dearer" !

OP posts:
aswellasyou · 28/08/2011 23:21

Grin Monkeys. The Origami is the one with a life of its own. I can imagine it trying to fold while going up a kerb and having a child's arms and legs sprawled out from insde it!
